0:30 are learning how to do things in a different way and we start to think about this skill of consequences and consequences are different than punishments they are not the same thing it's really a mindset shift moving from that traditional form of discipline which is really this punishment and reward system that we set up with all of these external things to starting to think about what is it that we can do to teach missing social and emotional or executive
