0:00 Guess who leaves the most negative comments on my social media feed and the feed of other women? You guessed it, other women. Women seem to get some pleasure, get some satisfaction out of tearing each other down. What is it about our wound, our pain, our unworthiness that we feel the need instead of celebrating other women, instead of uplifting each other to bring each other down? I'm calling out my sisters today to stop. Stop judging.
0:33 Stop criticizing. Stop tearing each other down. We need to be celebrating each other. We need to be holding each other high and shining the light on all the good that we do. And instead, we are making ourselves terrified of putting ourselves out there because we are putting each other down. Comments on hair and makeup and body and clothes. What is with us? We are becoming our own oppressors when we do this. So I'm challenging my sisters to please examine the pain you come from when you tear another person down.
