Uncertainty is inevitable. Here’s how I deal with it.

0:00 Uncertainty is part of life. There's no way around it. The one thing I like to do in these situations is to ask myself, what do I believe is always going to be true? And this is really important. The reason I think it's important is because there are some things that are timeless and will not change. And if if this is our belief system, if this is what we think is going to be always true, then we can make better and more informed decisions. So here are the things that I personally believe right now and this is what I believe is going to be true.

0:29 Number one is our roles will change. The way we perform our jobs will change. The job market will change. That's for sure. Technologies will change. So don't get too hooked on one specific tool or technology and things like that. At the same time, I think that there will always be a need for people who can create business value and they can connect the dots between business need to technological solutions. That I think is always going to be needed. The second thing is communication is still a big friction for for humans and and working together and collaboration. So this is another thing that I don't think is going away. And the third thing is being creative. I mean AI is great for repeating things that had been done before. But if you want to reinvent something, if you want to build something from scratch, you need to be creative. You need to think outside of the box. So I think these things will always be needed. Then if if you believe in that and if you think okay that's what I think is going to be true or if you figure out your own version of whatever you think is going to be true then you can use that to make long-term decisions.
