0:32 it's totally up to you you can participate by phone or by Skype and every month or every two weeks or so there's a different topic you can look at the website and see what the different topics are that are coming up that might be helpful at your house we would love to have you join us I know it's hard sometimes for parents to be exactly where they want to be at a set time so at in hand we share recordings
