1:04 proactive breaks throughout the day with students who we know are easily triggered get stressed and overwhelmed easily when the student comes to their scheduled time they take a short five minute break and and during this five minute break they go to one of our break stations and they can do puzzles 12 to 24 pieces because we want it done in five to 10 minutes and then they get the satisfaction and just the inner internal pride of doing something completing
