0:00 my name is kirsty pakes i'm a hand-in-hand parenting instructor and also a clinical psychologist um i find it incredible that i am so keen to do a webinar on play and playfulness um because to begin with i really wasn't very playful it really didn't come naturally to me as a parent um but thanks to hand in hand i can truly say now that play and playfulness are really embedded in my family um and um a really helpful
