that many of us parents and mothers do when we're holding a lot of lists together sing you know schedules and calendars remembering birthdays remembering shopping all the things that we have to remember now I used to try and hold all of that information in my head and it overwhelmed me exhausted me stressed me and made me pretty resentful of my husband who didn't keep all of that information cataloged in his brain I felt like our family was out of sync
