0:32 stop judging stop criticizing stop tearing each other down we need to be celebrating each other we need to be holding each other high and shining the light and all the good that we do and instead we are making ourselves terrified of putting ourselves out there because we are putting each other down comments on hair and makeup and body and clothes what is with us we are becoming our own oppressors when we do this so I'm challenging my sisters to please
