Mindly was built to solve that by creating a centralized platform where organizations can track care, document services, and generate insights in one place. At the organization level, admins can manage staff, students, and roles while customizing how the platform works for their workflow. Different disciplines like ABA therapists, speech therapists, or educators can each see only the fields and tools relevant to them. If you scroll down, admins can toggle back and forth between admin dashboard and provider or educator dashboard. For providers, the dashboard gives a realtime overview of their case load, including tracked goals, upcoming sessions, and performance analytics. You can start sessions and schedule appointments as well as view recent videos and document uploads. Each student has a centralized profile where providers can view diagnosis, mandates, medications, goals, session notes, and uploaded reports all in one place.

To manage scheduling, the calendar module allows providers to schedule and organize upcoming sessions. Sessions can also be linked directly to mandates to help ensure required services are being completed and properly documented. Next, the goals dashboard, where providers can view all active goals and track progress across their case load. When you click into a goal, you can see all data entries, visual graphs showing progress over time, and an AI generated summary that highlights performance trends and insights based on the data being collected in the platform. Providers can also generate documentation within the reports and document section. This includes summary reports, assessment reports, progress reports, trend analysis reports, insurance documentation, IEP reports, and treatment plans. The platform also includes built-in messaging, allowing providers to communicate directly with parents, caregivers, or other providers supporting the same student. Users can send individual messages or create group chats to coordinate care and share updates.
