00 So most of you entrepreneurs are chasing business credit the wrong way. Applying before your foundation is even set. The truth is EIN only approvals don't come from luck. They come from real structure. In 2025, lenders are tightening standards and data mismatches are the number one reason for denials. If you want EIN only cards without risking your personal credit, you need to look like a real business on paper. So, I'm Britney Callaway and each week I drop new insights around credit, business, and finance. As my job is to turn credit into capital for you and capital into freedom. Today, I'm going to tell you the top three EIN only business credit cards that don't require a personal credit pull or a personal guarantee, plus two bonus cards at the end that you don't want to miss. I'll also show you the exact buildup step so you're approved the first time around.
52 So, I believe approvals are about structuring your business like a fundable one, not just winging it and praying right we get it right the first time. We want to make sure you're applying and not getting denied. So, when you look legit on paper, lenders say yes. We're going to build that foundation so we can get you that 100K very quickly. Here's what I need you guys to have a quick reality check real quick that many of you don't realize.
15 Policies change. As economic times turn, politics turn, so do lenders. Today, some issuers may ask for your personal information, even if it's a EIN only card. So, your job is to present a clean, consistent information so that the default answer is always going to be yes. Most denials even happen before you apply. Your profile just isn't lender ready. Here's the road map that we're going to use so we make sure we hear yeses and not nos. Form your LLC and make sure it shows as active on your Secretary of State website, not inactive. file the reports to make sure it is, especially if it's a old one. Get your EIN from IRS.gov. That's free to do and you can do that the same day. Go ahead and also register your DUN, the done in Brad Street number, and that's free to do. That takes seven or 10 days to get. Add three reporting trade lines to make sure you're generating your scores. Let them post for about 60 to 90 days. And now we're going to apply for those EIN only cards. That's the process. So once this fundability foundation has the following elements to it, you have your business name. It's neutral. It's non- risky. The address has a real business address, not and even potentially a virtual office, not a PO box. Your phone number two has a business line. It's not your cell. We've got your domain email, which is your name at the company.com or info or sales@thecompameame.com.
40 Again, not a Gmail account. And more importantly, your website is simple, clean, and live. Those are steps we need to be ready. I also want to make sure you do have, of course, a business banking account, too, which is a small checking or savings, right? In case the merchant also wants to verify information about what banks you use. Now, the three trade lines, again, no trigger to your personal credit score. These are EIN only. Number one, Nav Prime. It gives you a reporting trade line to your business credit score, and it also gives you score monitoring.
11 Their builder card adds a second reporting line based on your everyday spend. That's literally getting two lines from just one relationship that's reporting to your your business credit profile. Second one is e-credible. This links eligible utilities. So power, gas, internet that's in your business name and reports them to your business file. If you have multiple utility accounts, that's multiple lines that are also reporting. Crown Office Supplies is another net 30. It's a classic vendor. I love them. You can go ahead and purchase office supplies and it's a net 30-day account. So, it's going to report again each time you're purchasing, paying it off early. And these are the the EIN ones that are going to give you that paidex score to 80, which we love cuz now that makes you fully fundable even for those higher limits. Once those scores are live and those trade lines are reporting, let's also get you some more bonus EIN only cards. And that would be a Sam's Club business membership and a Sam's Club business membership card. You go to Sam's Club and you get the business membership. You wait 31 days just to see in that relationship cuz now you've opened up the membership card and now we can apply for the actual credit card. You can apply in the club or online. And again, that is a EIN only card. Why it's great is because it can be used anywhere. It reports on the business side and approvals typically start from 8K to 12K and range up in scale. I've even seen people get as high as 20K on one time with this card. You can also head over to grab my Operate Like a Pro business credit card checklist at the funding lounge.com where we also walk you through these steps from start to finish, show you how to monitor those utilizations, pay down timings, and making sure you're getting those high limits all in one place. So, a similar play to the actual Sam's Club card is opening the Costco business membership.
59 You can open up a regular Costco business membership and also apply for the EIN card, too. And that's consistent with your business data. So, why do founders love it? It's a Visa that also works anywhere with a 2% cash back at Costco and strong utility for suppliers, travel, and operations. You can also add employee cards for your team. So, same doc set, business details, plus the EIN. Why it wins is because you can use it for inventory. It's widely reported starter limits up to 30K sometimes and it's great to be able to use. Another one is the Amazon business credit card which also does the same thing. You could purchase it for supplies, put it in your business name and that one also is going to be reporting to increase your actual business credit score. Some other ones I love are Lowe's business.
45 The approval logic is actually the same as a Sam's pipeline. So if you got approved for a Sam's card, chances are you're going to get approved for a Lowe's card, too. And those sometimes get anywhere from 10 to up to 30K on the business side. Another one right along with Lowe's is Home Depot, especially the Home Depot pro card. That's similar for my people who are like me in real estate or contractors if you're renovating, even doing like ecom brands, right? For buying building supplies, packaging stations, any facility upgrades you need, right? This is going to be a great card because you get so many rewards on the Home Depot card. In addition, if you're applying it on the business side, it's now reporting again to your business credit profile, not touching any of your personal scores or personal limits. So again, in this order, this is how I want you to apply.
31 Those first cards I told you about for the EIN starters. Then you go to the Sam's Club business. Again, after having the 31 days of the membership, I want you to go to then Costco business, Amazon business, Lowe's, and Home Depot as needed for your use in your area. Keep the spend operational only when you're doing this. Make sure you set that card to autopay so we don't miss any payments and let two to three statement cycles build up the history before asking for any limit increases or going for more cards. That way we get good history on our business credit profile because that's going to skyrocket us when we want to get those 50 to 75k approvals from the banks. Make sure you're checking that data consistently right across the board across the different bureaus to make sure it is reporting. So, make sure you're confirming throughout this process that those three trade lines are reporting to each of those credit bureaus. Once we've now got all those seasoned accounts reporting, now we can go for the big boy funding, right? And we can consider adding an additional vendor to the account to deepen the history. Another question though I get about this is, well, are all are any of these truly not going to hit my personal? Now, remember, these are businessside products and typically EINbased. So issuers can still verify your identity and maybe ask for your social security card, but the approvals are reporting live and only on the business side as well as all utilization is on the business side. So it still does not affect your personal. If they wanted a deeper dive and pulled your personal inquiry, come to us and we'll get the inquiry wiped off pretty easily.
03 So again, when your file is structured and your vendors are reporting, EINO cards become the new normal for your business. That's access without risking your personal utilization. It's how founders create opportunity. So, build the foundation, let those scores post, and then let's go get to that million-doll bag the smart way. Don't forget to watch my next video where I break down the right way to secure your first $150,000 in business credit without any paperwork in the secret strategies I have for doing that in 2025. See you there.
