I sit back and I go, "I'm trying to build a great device that's going to be beneficial to people. I don't know what's wrong with me." And he says, "You're such a smart guy. You built this technology that's just absolutely amazing. If you walk the floors and talk to the people out there, they are going to tell you why it's not working because they don't understand what they're building. Have you talked to people and have they told you what they don't know?" And it dawns on me that I've never done that.
