1:31 him what was going to happen as far as his tuition and his response was I didn't think people did things like that slow down early on in the company when my wife was pregnant I couldn't imagine my wife having to go back to work now but it's the reality for a lot of folks they would have to go or I'll say they have to make sacrifices their lives [Music] and I thought why not have them come
2:00 back and let's give it a try and luckily it's worked out where the longest maternity leave we ever had was seven and a half months the shortest was a little less than a month longest paternity leave we ever had was five months shortest was a few days and the common thread was everyone came back ready as a customer you sent it people are happy like people actually want to work here it feels like I'm taking one step further in life towards
