0:05 I have a community, I have a Facebook group where a mother has her daughter has some dwarf syndrome. Like she doesn't have that height, expected height. So she gets bullied in her school and the mother is very frustrated. How can I console her?
0:27 You have to not. You just have to make the child feel very confident. And the child has to learn to ignore. Yeah. The child has to be trained to ignore. And the mother has to positively keep reinforcing and tell the child height does not matter. And what else you can do is you can show her pictures of a lot of successful people who are not very tall. Okay. Okay. And people who are looking just like her but have done well in life.
0:59 And the mother needs to tell her that it doesn't matter. You know, you can do this with her. Like you can tell her that, you know, if I'll tell you your hair is red, will you believe me? She'll say no. Like let's say if I tell you Sanjeeta, that your hair is red you'll be like no, what are you saying? Your hair is not. My hair is not red. My hair is black, brown, whatever it is, right?
1:17 Very confidently you will reply back, right? But if I tell you that Sanjita, I'm not sure if you're doing amazing as a mother. Maybe you will think. I'm not saying that you will. I'm just giving you an example. Maybe you will start to think, okay, yeah, maybe I can still do better. Why? Because you are not confident about yourself. But if you were confident about this area also then you would say no Riddhi, I am a good mother.
1:43 This is not true. Just like that. You know, when children are making fun internally the voice should come from her. Short people, dwarf people can also do well in life. These people don't know anything. I'm going to ignore them. So for that the mother has to keep filling her up that you are amazing, you're beautiful, you're different. And that's why they do it. Because they are not like you. So there's no problem in you. So she has to keep telling her daughter and builds you.
2:13 I, I went through the same. I'm not even a dwarf, right? But you know, I was slightly small, shorter than my sisters, right? So everybody you know who used to come like. And all my childhood I grew up thinking I'm short. I'm average Indian height, five three and a half, five four I think. And all my life I grew up thinking I'm short. Till I got into college and I had a brain of my own. And I was like, okay, everybody here just looks like me.
2:40 But my mom gave me that confidence because she used to tell me that you, you are just like me. You're my height. You are going to do really well in life. You will be blessed with a lot. So I started feeling good about being short, you understand? Because my mom used to keep telling me, be like me or just like me. You will be blessed. So maybe the mother can say, you know, short people are given more brains.
3:03 So when God takes away one thing, God gives one thing extra, which is also true. So, you know, the mother has to. Mother is only low in energy. Then the child, she cannot lift. That's why always, you know, that's why my mission is mom energy. Shift mom energy. There is never ever, ever a problem with the children. They are so beautiful. They are so loving. They don't have to be fixed. They have to be understood. Yeah.
3:29 The problem is we don't choose to work on ourselves. And we keep blaming these beautiful souls. And we keep telling them that this problem, that problem. Hyperactive, not calm, not listening. This, that one thing we have to stop doing is stop blaming our children and start working on ourselves. And when you start working on yourself, you will see the magic that your child is going to create in your life. And for that, you have to actually keep working on yourself for you to see that magic in your child.
