The Complete Metal Complex Knife Collection - 2026 - Part 1

Metal Complex here, and today I'm going to share with you guys or start sharing with you guys my updated knife collection. Now, in 2026, I own somewhere between 420 and 450 knives, I think. Uh, we'll find out by the end of this series. The reason I say series is because I have to do this in multiple parts. I can no longer do it in one video. I have too many knives. It's too much space. So, if you're watching this in the future, once all the episodes are recorded, I'll have everything in a nice neat little playlist where you can go and watch them all back toback. If you're watching this on the day that I uploaded it, this is going to be part one. We're going to start with this 80 slot case. I have a total of 1, two, three, four, five, six, seven cases of varying sizes. And then I have some other containers that are housing like budget knives. I also have swords and fixed blades. And we'll do all of that stuff. We'll do all of it, but we're going to do this in multiple parts. So, uh, kick back, relax, and enjoy. We'll go over these one at a time. I'll say a little little bit about each one, tell you what it is.

1:17 Hopefully, I can remember everything. Uh, let's start off here with this shiny guy up here, which sometimes it's going to be a little tricky to get him out of there. The infinite Charlie Lunar Eclipse. That's a fun one. Uh, we have the uh the beautiful, I believe, the zirconium frame here. Carbon fiber inlays. And if I can here, let me try to be quiet for a second. I don't know if you can actually hear, but it's got tuning forks uh in it. Very, very beautiful. Next up, a knife that's been around forever. You know, people always ask me like, "Do you actually have any Benchade knives?" Yeah, I do. Uh, one of my favorite Benchade knives ever is the Mini Crooked River. And this one was custom made for me by a viewer years ago. I still have it. I still carry it sometimes. It's got a couple of marks on it just from, you know, being carried. A lot of these, you know, if you're watching my channel for the first time, a lot of these don't get used. I'm a collector and I don't have I don't have enough stuff to do with 450 or so pocket knives. So, I have I always estimate like 50 personal users. I I've used tons and tons of knives for review, obviously, but those don't always stay with me. The vast majority of the stuff that comes in on this channel actually gets given away. And I only keep a small percentage of it. And most of the stuff I buy, most of the stuff that I, you know, have in my personal collection is stuff that I've bought. Uh, this is a wild one. Believe it or not, this is an artisan cutlery collaboration with Beg Knives, uh, the War Junkie Citadel. So, the Citadel is a custom knife, very expensive, very rare, and Artisan Cutlery took on the uh the task, the the crazy task of turning this into a production knife, and they did an okay job. There were some areas like with the carbon fiber inlay, I think, on one side that wasn't spectacular. I mean, you know, I I get pretty picky, but yeah, like back here some of the areas, but uh overall really pretty ambitious, pretty crazy. An awesome knife. Big crazy chunky titanium knife with uh carbon fiber. These are long gone. I have no idea what they sell for on the secondary market. I actually don't even know. Um I know the original cost like $400 or $450, but I don't know what they're worth. Um, this is a obviously a one that's been used many times. Uh, I think the Maxis Black Mirror and this was a version of it in S90V. Actually, that version might still be available, but that was carried quite a bit. Sorry, I cut the video there because I realized the knife that was in this slot is actually a knife that I have not reviewed yet, and I needed to put it back on the review table. So, I swapped it out with another knife that is mine and needed a slot. Uh, and that's the new Max Medusa Zero Blade Play. Uh, these dropped and sold out before I even received this. I I guess it was just slow shipping or shipping error. So, some people got their hands on this. Uh, a lot of people missed it. I know that Max Ace is planning on making more eventually. Uh, and they definitely should because this thing is absolutely wicked. Double hollow ground uh, blade there on this F. Really, really nice.

4:28 Easy switch firing as well. Nice and uh snappy with the action. Love that orange and white carbon fiber. Really really cool. A fun one. Moving on to the next one here. If I can if I can get it out. Ah, yeah. The Gen X. Is this the Gen X Primark? I believe a Chinese midte. Um and uh long gone. Um excuse me. I actually I think I've seen some of these on the secondary market. There's a few different variations of them. This has the zirkatai little airplane windows uh proprietary hardware which is wild action like you would not I mean it is crazy. The pivot it has a unique in internal system with the pivot. Um so the action feels unlike anything else.

5:18 It also has you know almost like the hawk style I don't know the first person to do this but the hawk style uh pivoting pocket clip. Um, very cool. Very rare. Not one that gets used. Uh, next. You can tell by the way that these outside of the final uh case and maybe the the fat knife case, like the really thick knives, these aren't really sorted. These are just kind of randomly in here. Uh, and then my final, you know, my I I call it the big boy case.

5:46 It's not actually the big knives. It's the ones that are super valuable. We'll do that one at the end. Um, but uh that uh that's the only one where the knives are sorted. This is the TRM Atom. I believe the longer one is the Atom. Some of these I might get wrong. I'll do my best to edit uh the proper names in there if I mess it up. But uh I had a pinstripe one and then I think I gave that one away and then they sent me the diamond textured one which I think looks awesome. This knife actually did get carried and used for just a little bit.

6:16 Not much, but uh these knives are absolutely wonderful. I love them. Moving on here, we have Oh, is this the CJRB? I think maybe. Hey, you guys are really going to get on me for not having the little you little step ladder system in there. But yeah, this was a uh rare I think this was like a launch version of the new Feldspar that is a button operated frame lock. Um, so I don't know how many of these they made.

6:47 Uh they sent they sent this along with a bunch of other variations. But yeah, mirror polished and anything you see on here is just like my fingerprints. There's no actual scratches or anything cuz this knife didn't really I mean I'm sorry did it didn't get used at all. Um but I believe this is S90V. Yeah, S90V. Uh really really cool. The Feltspar was like a legendary budget knife years ago and they brought it back and uh the surprising thing here was the button operated frame lock. It's uh it's not even a it's a button operated top frame lock, which is literally the only time I've ever seen that. Um so that is unique at the moment to the uh the Feldspar. Next up, what do we have here?

7:27 This is is it the albatross? Uh I think that's the case. Well, in any case, here's the name of this knife. I can't It's hard to remember all of these. Uh but really good looking. I like the uh the kind of the straight look here. This is a kind of a more toned down arcane design knife. Um, but I really like it and decided to keep this one. I like the uh the nested lock of course and the black hardware uh and pieces here contrasting with the titanium frame. Uh moving on to the next one here. This is the Tyrant Ultra. Uh the uh Exceed Designs. I believe that's the timer ultra um with the quick release for this. This entire thing comes out. So you can replace the blade, but then also here I've got some down here. The uh the blades can be swapped out with other, you know, like they have like the the actual knife blade. So you can it's both a utility knife and a pocketk knife. And he has swappable blades of varying steels. Uh there's like Damascus and there's D2 and there's worn cliffs and all this other stuff.

8:42 But it's pretty neat. Just sort of clicks. So go like that. Push this down. Click back into place and you're ready to go. Titanium frame lock. Just really neat. I actually have a second one of these that I keep up in my truck. Uh really enjoy that one. Okay, next up here. Uh that is the Asgard. The production Asgard by um I believe this is the production Asgard by Dalabore Bergen. Yeah. In fact, I know it's either in this case or it's in one of the other cases, but there's an all black one as well. So, this was a Riot collab. Uh this is Magna Cut and it is actually an integral. And it's neat that Dalor Bergam is doing production knives because his his work is amazing. I own a custom but they are multi,000 pocket knives. So, it's nice that um you know he's got a production knife that people can actually get their hands on. A couple of production knives now. He's got a collab with Wii as well. Uh this is another Feldspar. Actually, I guess I decided to keep this one as well. Uh this is just a top liner lock version. I think this is S90V. Um if Artisan Colory has these like in regular production, which if they don't, they absolutely should. I mean, this is an incredible pocket knife. It really is nice. They did a great job with it. And the felt spar holds up with just, you know, the felt bar is a good design. Uh it just when it was king, there weren't a lot of other things that were the same thing for the same price. Like this was a really, really good profile and design had a lot of, you know, the boxes that needed to be checked, but the price was just absolutely incredible. And there just wasn't nearly as much competition back when it was like the best of the best. And then like a million things came out that were the same or better.

10:26 And so this quickly just dropped off into normal good knife, right? Uh but bringing it back with the top liner lock, it's not like it's like, oh my god, it's one of the best things available, but it's very good. Uh so I if they don't have this, you know, regularly available, then they absolutely should. Moving on. Um I'm just kind of going I don't know what a lot of these are. This is uh the uh the one from Arno Bernard. I think this is the Orca button lock. I I believe uh I I think that's the case. It might actually have a different name. If it does have a different name, then I'll put it right here. If nothing is showing up, then I got that right. Uh but this is actually a South African custom knife. It'd be like a semi-custom or a midte. Um but uh really really nice. Love the inlay there. He did a great job with the button lock. Super smooth. Unbelievably smooth. Uh, and the cutting geometry on this guy is just really, really great.

11:21 So, moving on, we have the Draco by uh, Maxis. I actually broke the tip on this. Um, I can't remember what I Oh, I think it was in the video where I was demonstrating the lock strength of um, FS cuz people people believe that, you know, single action and double actions have extremely weak locking systems. And while some probably do, like some of the real cheapies, a lot of the serious ones have not only like strong locking systems, but they're substantial. I mean, there's no shortage of videos on YouTube of people, you know, stabbing the blade into like a stump and then hammering it in and then pulling it back out. So, this guy survived that. Like, I just like jammed it into the um I think it was like the railing on my back patio, which is wood. Uh, and then I as I was like wiggling it back out to a sheet, you think I would have learned my lesson by now. Uh, the tip got stuck in there and just kind of broke off. So, it's just a little chunk. I probably could sharpen that to the point where it, you know, like I just like bring this up uh and it would be fine, but no big deal. This is a single action. Uh, it's not as powerful as the Black Light, but it is very powerful and it's it's a fun knife. It's a cool knife. Um, but yeah, of course, I I wanted to keep that one. Moving on. What do we have here?

12:41 This is an odd one, so I'll just tell you, uh, because I looked it up. It's the MJM Knives Horus, which is a bit of a difficult one to find. Uh, and I actually don't think I ever did a review on this one, so I think I need to. Um, but it is, to my knowledge, a it's a big plunge lock, and it has like a super high polish DLC finish on it. This is M390. I have no idea how it's heat treated. I honestly don't know the OEM for this. I bet it's somebody we know.

13:11 Uh but I don't know that that was ever confirmed. And then we have a like a moatai. Uh actually I don't it might be actual like mochame maybe. I'm not sure what the popular. It might be moatai.ai.ai.ai.ai.ai.ai.ai.ai.ai. It just depends on whether it was anodized or it was like a true material, but I haven't actually done the review on it. So I don't know. Um but the titanium looks good. I think it's DLC titanium as well. And it's also got a flipper tab.

13:35 This is a wild one. Whenever I have it on live streams, people ask about it and I never have the right info handy. Uh, moving on here, we have the uh Microte and Reich SOCOM Bravo. I don't know why Microte experimented a little bit with like letting Reich make some of their knives. Uh, I believe these are the only authorized Chinese production versions of Microex. Like there's ton you can go on, you know, AliExpress and buy like a fake Chinese microte that's made out of like super soft D2 steel and it's stamped M390 and it's probably got, you know, like decent CNC. Um, but as far as like authorized collabs with authentic materials, I believe the right collaboration with the SOCOM Bravo is the only legitimate one. Um, I don't I mean like these there was a lot of hype when they first released the original pictures and then like a bunch of people bought them and I think what happened is they just made way too many. Like the the number of people who wanted these like there were a lot but it was I think it was a lot less than what Microte anticipated and I think they just made like way too many cuz I remember these dropping off in popularity pretty quickly. I have one of each. The other one's in here somewhere. Uh this is the the DLC one with the tanto. Uh I think they're awesome. They're just, you know, they didn't end up being as popular and it was kind of a weird deal because Microte is like pretty much strictly a US company. This is the other Dalore collab. This is the Wii Aur uh the Dabore Bergam and Wii Atur. Sorry about that. Uh but very beautiful. I think a lot more polished obviously both literally and figuratively versus the Riot. um the the uh the other one that he's done with Riot. Um but yeah, this is super nice. An integral and honestly a shockingly wellpriced titanium integral from Wii Knives. Uh I would have assumed that they would have charged way more for this, but I think these came out initially at like 380 or 385, something like that, but I thought that the price on that was really good.

15:40 What are you Oh, this is a rare one. Um so this is the crescent edges. Uh, I think this is the Ambush. And this is uh this is an exceptionally rare variation because this was part of the planned release for uh the Ambush, this like FDE uh version with the the copper um carbon fiber here and then the black titanium frame. But however many of these he had like he sent he sent this one or he sent me like a picture of all the different ones I could choose from and I said let's do that one. That looks really cool. And he said great. Uh, and then when he had the initial samples sent to him, um, or I'm sorry, the the batch that was sent to him, there were supposed to be a whole bunch of these and, uh, somebody stole them. And so, occasionally you can find this, uh, variation on eBay for an enormous an enormous uh, price, right? Whoever has it listed is who stole it. Uh, or it's somebody who bought it from that person and then is trying to flip it again. So, all variations of these outside of mine, which is with me, and I think he has one. Uh, the gentleman behind Crescent Edges, they are all they were all originally stolen. So, who knows how many there were. Uh, but if you see them out there on uh eBay or secondary, I would not buy them. Uh, I would uh I would leave them alone. Um, because I think uh he's tried to file a report and um they haven't really been able to do anything. Um, anyways, uh, this is another one from I think this is probably their best looking knife. This is the Arcane design. This is the Abyss V2. Uh, really cool. And I think I remember saying that this was probably my, you know, my favorite aesthetically because it still maintains that arcane design look. It just is updated with some of these, you know, newer things like the the DLC coding. Very, very cool. Uh, next up, oh, that's a that's a chunky fellow. Oh, I'm not going to remember this one. This is a this is a weird one. This is the HR Knives Hitman.

17:43 Uh that was that took a little bit to find. I actually had to upload an image and search it on Google. Uh but this is an integral. It's actually it's exceptionally wellm made. I cannot remember who the OEM is or even if it was originally stated. I think this was listed on exclusive folders a while back. Not 100% sure. I think that they should have made a version of this that wasn't a recurve because the grind is really cool. The recurve is kind of what makes it look a little bit funky, but outside of that, this is an absolutely exceptional uh integral folding knife.

18:15 Very cool. This one does have a peanut propping it up because it's way too small. Uh this is the one of my Nano Sharks from Demco. I liked this. I didn't like it as much as my Shark Cub. Um, and it was it was like chunky, like almost chunkier than the 8020.5, but it was shorter and smaller. And I found it less comfortable ergonomically. So, that my it's still very good, just like all the other Demco products. I just don't carry it uh as much or I don't really carry this at all because the shark cub exists, but I still like it. It's still a good knife. Uh, next one here. Oh boy, this is a wild one.

18:53 So, the Katsu. Uh, this is the one in ZDP89. And this particular version has the zerkatai. We'll get the name of it. This is the KSZ1. So, this is actually zirconium here. This is zirkatai. This looks like a button or that it like it does something. It doesn't. It's just a rectangle of additional zirketive just for looks. Uh, it has a zirconium pocket clip. Unfortunately, they decided to put to print that on the pocket clip. I think that's such a weird spot for that.

19:21 uh ZDP 189 and it is also um a satin DLC, a hand satin DLC. And you can see that there's a core line because this is uh just like all I think all current ZDP is Sanmai. So uh very cool. I think you can still buy that one. I'm not 100% sure. Oh, we >> I was so confused. I pulled that one out. I said, we already looked at that. Uh this is actually I have two of these.

19:45 I have one in satin and one in mirror. So, I might have to I didn't realize I had kept that. Like, I'm going to keep the mirror one, but I think what I'll probably do is give this one away. Um, so I'll have to remember that that's in there cuz that's I didn't really intend to keep that one. Uh, but it's cool. It's the exact same thing. It's just the satin finish. So, anyways, uh, moving on here. What do we got with this guy? This is another one from Artisan Cutlery.

20:10 This is the the Artisan Cutlery Gambit, a Ray Laconico design. And this particular version has a big chunk of um uh Tamascus. This is a nice knife. Most Raycono designs are going to be nice and more like kind of like I don't know modern tactical but have that like sleek classic look. Uh really a great knife. The only thing that's kind of slightly disappointing is just this somewhat sharp lock bar relief. But outside of that, very very good. Enjoy that one.

20:39 Let's see if I can get one where I don't have to immediately go look up the name of it. How about my own Excalibur? This was the first prototype of the final form of this. So, you can see this uh this is the one that Ne sharpened. So, it still has Neve's edge on it. Um this uh does not have the um uh the little area here for the uh the stop like cuz this was before I had told Sergio I said we got to carve this out so that the uh where this where it actually stops that we have like a specific nesting zone for that. Uh and it has the old pocket clip, the one that made everybody mad understandably. Um so this was the pocket clip that did not work with this knife and we swapped it out with the new clip. So, if you have one of these with this clip, it's really rare. It was It was only the very first run, but this was preirst run. This was still in prototype phase because the even the first true run has those little nesting zones for the external stops. Next up, I think this is going to be a little bit tricky to get out of here. I cut this video so that you guys didn't have to watch me do that, but this was a fight getting that one out. Holy moly.

21:55 Um, this is the small small Midgards Messer uh Viking. Um, it is even thicker than the fulls size Viking. It's it's like shorter and chunkier. Um, but yeah, this would normally be in the thick guy case. Um, but I just I need to buy another uh one of those thick cases because um I've run out of room. But I don't know how many of these they made. Um, not very many. Uh I I don't think you can still buy this, but this is a fun little knife and I they sent it to me a while back. So just a big old crazy chunky knife that pretty much exists permanently right here because of how it's wedged in there. Um but anyways, moving on here. Ah, we have this is the Sharp by Design Derico. I knew that I was going to have to look that one up. I believe these were still Riot, a wild one. I don't think it was one of his more popular ones, but super wicked and it's feels very sharp by design. If you've never handled a Sharp by Design production knife, they feel different than other production knives or even any other knives built by Riot. Uh largely, I mean, the way that he designs it, but also his lipped detent system is unique to Sharp by Design Knives and unfortunately Holt Knives also uses the same thing. Um, but uh anyways, uh we have my non flashy Sosha. I think people forget that I sometimes forget that I own this. I have another Sosha that's like real dressy and in mirror DLC. This is my plain DLC one. Uh and then just plain carbon fiber. Uh custom knife factory. Uh and also a Marion. And I think there's actually two additional names associated with this knife, but I always forget. Uh what I like about this one is it's a nested titanium liner lock. And it actually has a lock bar insert in there. You can't really see it, but really cool. Really cool knife.

23:43 Like that one a lot. Boy, it feels like we should be further along. Maybe it's cuz I'm yakking uh too much. Uh, we have the tactile rock wall. I actually EDC this for I don't know like a month or so uh in Magna Cut. Can't remember if this was before or after they fixed their HRC. This was back when Magna Cut was pretty new. Uh, this is the wild and crazy one from uh Mundus. The um the pen the penitential. I cannot believe if I actually got that right first try without having to look it up. I think it's the penitential V2. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're asking what could that possibly be meant for, I think you're missing the point. Um the uh the whole idea with this is definitely was not function first. Uh it was absolutely designed first. But while it absolutely looks like something that belongs at the gas station, which is the knee-jerk sort of thing that people just say, yes, everybody thinks that. Uh the difference is is that this is actually a super high quality item. Uh so not only good tolerances, but the materials used. We have some zirconium in I think some of this is zirconium might just be black and titanium. Lots of incredible and hyper precision machining. Uh and then we have an M390 uh tanto blade there. So I kept this one because it's just too wild and unique not to. And I don't specifically just collect one type of KN. Like I have a lot more modern knives, I guess, if you wanted to categorize them. But that one was just wild and crazy and I I do like I mean stark contrast to something like this, the TRM uh Neutron frame lock. Um this is a much more I guess you could say normal looking knife. A good EDC knife.

25:28 I prefer their liner locks. This uh this frame lock version is okay. I think their liner locks are better. But yeah, uh that's what that is. Next up, the red knife that has probably been catching I bet there's two red knives in here. Probably been catching your eye for a while. Uh this is actually a an authentic Microex Scarab uh Scarab 2 Gen 3 that is all Cerakote red and I saw this listed and I thought, huh, that's weird. I'm I think I'll buy that. That no other reason than it's just all red.

25:59 It just looked kind of ridiculous. But I love it. I actually own one, two, three, at least three scarabs, I think. I think I own three. I might own four. I can't remember. Oh, knives ship free. Knife. It's not knife center. This was an exclusive. It's the um I I think it's knives ship free. Might it might be knife knives plus. I Oh my god. I can't remember. I'm I'm I can't remember which exclusive this is, but it's the Spyderco Slee Bowie uh with the the denim uh blue titanium frame and then the satin. I think this is M390.

26:40 Is it? Yeah. M390. Super rare. They still go for way too much on the secondary market. I've I've kept mine since I got it. Oh, is this the Mirinex? No, this is the uh the big guy that was designed by uh Advanced Knife Bro. And it's not the Stump Lifter. I have that one in here. It's the Stump Fish. And what I like about it is it actually has some nice modern upgrades like a pivot that can be adjusted and scales that can be removed.

27:09 And I believe these are in 154 cm. This one's not holog. This one's got a flat grind on it. And I think the um OEM is QSP. Uh did a really good job. Honestly, the design and the overall fit and finish is very very good. I kept that one cuz uh Advanced Knife Bro and I kind of became like YouTube friends over the years. And uh while I'm not a slip joint guy, uh the fact that he has made a lot of modern improvements to um classic designs, it makes it a little more appealing to me. There we go. Uh the North Arm SCA 2 in carbon fiber and Magna Cut. This was heavily EDC for a long time, and honestly, just picking it up and pulling it out of here makes me want to go back to it. This is an incredible EDC design. I really think they they should redesign this flipper tab so that it's more of like a comfortable area to run your index finger up against. Um, but outside of that, it is such a good EDC knife. It's so unbelievably lightweight and that blade is about as good as it gets for generic cutting tasks. This is the ugly one. This is I mean, I understand this is subjective, but I believe this is the ugliest pocket knife that I own, and I kept it for exactly that reason. Uh the it's it's made by Task. What is the name of this guy? The Butcherling is what it's called. Appropriately named Task and Artisan Colory Butcherling. Um ugly, but in kind of like a cool way. Like it's almost like, you know, like looks like something maybe that you would see in like the game Doom or Warhammer.

28:44 Wild, crazy, over the top, completely and totally unnecessary. I like Task as a designer. They make one of my favorites for 2025, which was the Cyber Kuza. Very cool. they design it, right? Um, but yeah, I wanted to hang on to this one just because it's weird, right? Not because necessarily it's my favorite aesthetic, but it's just weird and it creates it it helps to create diversity in my uh collection. Uh, this is the Dawn by who is the designer? Uh, TWW Price Dawn. Um, actually Google had a hard time with this one. and it wanted to tell me that it was a different uh model. But yeah, these are uh super nice and uh they have the nested locking system. Uh I don't know how long it's been since he's made these, but I remember I I think I have another one. I think I actually have two, one in black.

29:33 Um but really cool and an awesome EVC design as well. We have another one from Arcane Design here. And oh, this is the um the original Necronaut, but they had like upgraded it. So, this is like um the the most recent version of the Necronaut. This was the original uh generally this was his original design and it drew a ton of attention to Arcane because nothing else looked like this. Nothing I mean like this was such a distinct and um you know Arcane design knives do have that look in general like they're very distinct but that was the one that I think kind of got things going for him. What do we have here? The Tri Stash V2. I couldn't remember which version this was, but the Tri Stash V2.

30:15 Yes, I did keep this one. It's actually, you know, a lot of things that I uh find not exactly the same, but there's there's similarities here to Excalibur that I appreciate uh and prefer uh ergonomically. So, I had to keep this one. Uh but that's who that that's Tri Tristate EDC. Uh moving on here, we have this is the Vost Thunderbeast. I kept this one because it felt like a big crazy heavy duty. It's kind of like the one of the ones that they recently released, which you may or may not have seen the uh the upload. Um I think that might be a future upload, but a big burly vanker lock guy that I really liked. I like the combination front flipper opening hole uh and rear flipper. I thought that was pretty cool.

30:57 Next up, a Blade HQ exclusive uh Spyderco Military 2. This is with the Forest Green and the 204P blade. I think you might actually still be able to buy this on Blade HQ. And if I haven't mentioned, there are affiliate links in the description to Blade HQ, DLT, etc., where many of these knives can be purchased. The next one is also a Blade HQ exclusive, a very recent Magna Cut PM2 with the diamond uh jade scales. This one I decided not to carry and just keep in the collection. I do carry and use the pair of three that they recently released, but this guy is just going to stay minty fresh there uh in that uh in that box. Can we actually get this one to come out? There we go. This is the Grambo rust. I think this is the smaller one. This is a prototype. Uh so early early guy here, Magna Cut. And then yeah, this is going to be the smaller guy. Uh the EDC, do they call it the EDC Russ or something like that? The compact Russ. Very cool. It actually is a titanium frame lock. The lock bar is not attached to the frame. The lock bar is the frame. It's part of the frame. And then this piece right here is actually attached on top, which is not a common way to do that, but it does make that knife kind of interesting. Uh, next one here, we have Oh, that is also a crescent edges knife.

And then it has a blue PVD, which I wish we would see more often, but another rare knife from uh from uh Crescent Edges. Always love their designs. I think they're super cool. Uh moving on. What do we have here? Is this what I think it is? Yes, it is. The Kershaw Blur that I bought for my wife 9 years ago or something like that.

Um, and then I don't You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to put this in my pocket. This is going to stay in my pocket today. This is an S30V Blur. Great knife. This is going to stay in my pocket until I see my wife and I'm going to give it back to her. It's I' It's been long enough. I've had it down here for years.

Yeah, it's moch it's at the moatai uh pocket clip and backspacer and damast steel blade on this Chavez 229 uh kick stop redemption. This has the flipper tab that actually it stays right there until you come around and then boops back up and you can use it to flip the blade. Very cool.

33:46 Very rare and I think probably pretty valuable at this point. I I actually don't know. Uh this is the Reese and I decided to keep this. This is the Goodspeed One. It's a Marcen Sle uh design. Uh the uh the blade geometry was so good that I thought, "Yeah, I'm going to hang on to that." This is awesome. And I think anybody who picked this up probably also really likes it. I think it's a Knives Plus exclusive.

34:12 This is actually a Hinderer. Yeah, this is the XM18 3 and a/4 in. It would be with all the other Hinders. I just don't have room in that like main like the the the main like big boy case that's got all the really valuable stuff or so it it has some generic hinders in there too. And this should probably be sitting with the hinders. It just isn't. It's just here at the moment. This next one I'm pretty sure is a weird one if I can actually get a hold of it. Yeah. Ah, that's the one. This knife made so many people angry. Uh, I think the video I have on this um has millions of views and like everyone in the comments is just super upset. This is I cut the video and I didn't have to look it up. I remembered it immediately. This is the Carmen. Uh I think it's Polo Mundus. I think it's actually both of them. Maybe not. Might just be Mundus. It's the Carmen and it looks like Cloud Stripes motorcycle. Um super weird and has like this little button thing back there that drops the blade. Aside from the design looking absolutely ridiculous, it also has, if you pull this out, I'm going to try and actually stop it. Yeah, you pull this out and a little fake bullet comes out. It's not a real bullet. It's a fake bullet, right? And everybody in YouTube shorts was just so upset. They're like, "How? Make it shoot. Show us how it shoots." If that like I think any gun guy could probably look at this and go, "That's not a real round." Right? So, the people who were getting upset about me not displaying how it uh fires obviously don't know what a real round looks like. But they were also upset because it just seemed completely pointless. And the answer is it absolutely is. I mean, it's a way for you to adjust the pocket clip to three different positions. It's mostly Mundus showing off their design ability. I think it it's Mundus and Plo showing off their design and machining skills, but the function of this is all but completely and totally pointless. Uh, and this infuriated I mean millions of people. I had to make a follow-up video explaining that it was in fact pointless. And I wasn't actually, you know, skipping out any sort of demonstration. Uh, and I said it is pointless. And believe it or not, the knife world is actually full of stuff like this. It's just, you know, companies kind of showing off. Uh, and uh, that was an acceptable answer to some, but uh, to no surprise, it was not an acceptable answer to the majority.

Mirror polished titanium. Very cool. Has a hidden lock release there, right? Uh it's that little deal right there. But very cool. It's hard to look at with me putting fingerprints all over it. But yeah, you pretty much if you're going to own that one and the fingerprints bother, you're going to have to wipe it off all the time.

37:32 Oh boy. What the heck is the name of this one? This is the onetrack mind Zorn. I kept it because I really liked the milling on the titanium there. And also the fact that it has a nested lock bar. I think that's really neat. I don't know if this is still available or not. And I'm honestly unsure of the blade steel. Let's see if it's actually printed somewhere else. It doesn't look like it. I think it was um Tristate EDC who introduced that one to me. But a very cool knife. Oh boy, that one's wedged in there. What do we got here?

38:03 What do we got here? Oh, yeah. This is that Riot uh the one with the This is the Riott PLXE and was obviously a user for a bit. Um actually really enjoyed using this knife. I don't think Riot's pivot locks are super strong, but they're good enough, right? I don't you know, the safety thing I think is it's fine that it's there. I I don't know that I I don't know how much better or worse this is than just like a standard plunge lock, but I did enjoy this. This was my favorite version of like the I think they're the PL series knives with the button the button operated, you know, or the pivot operated locking system. But it's a cool knife and I just decided to keep it. Uh, next up, our first winter blade. There are going to be many winter blades uh in this bunch.

38:49 This is the one with the bacon Damascus, the sever. And actually, this is a this is a user. I don't know what is all over this, but let's see if I can just wipe it off real quick. It doesn't I mean there's it's certainly not something that has like caused the titanium to be miscolored. Um so I think whatever it is is just like it was just stuck to it. But yeah, this was a user bacon. No, this is not the bacon Damascus, but this is just a uh that's just like lasering I think. Not actually not actually Damascus. I can't remember. There's a version maybe maybe I'm thinking of the Varrow with the bacon Damascus. I don't think this is actually I think this is just M390 with like a lasering on it, but it has Winter Blade Coast Jlock and then it has the removable magnetic um thumb studs. You can flip it over to the other side if you want. But the seven very cool I think that was knife of the year on this channel in 2024 or 2023. I cannot remember. Um, this is that wild uh is this the Reich Alien V4?

40:00 I think it's one of the versions of the Reich Alien. It This is a weird knife because um number one, it looks like an integral, but there is in fact a seam. You can see it right there. They do make integral versions of this knife. Um what does this say? Oh, it's the designer. That's right. Uh does it have the actual name? Yeah, the Alien 4. Now, what's interesting about this, it says Damastel on here. Talking with Richard directly, it is apparently exactly the same composition and made with the exact same process, but it is not officially from the Damastel company, which that raised my eyebrows. I was like, um, you probably should not have put Damastel on that. And I believe his answer was something along the lines of, "Yeah, we probably shouldn't have done that." So, I don't know what the like my question is is like, what is this? Who's making this? How many other pocketk knives are utilizing this, you know, Damastel clone stuff? Uh, I have not tested this. I don't know anybody who has, but there you go. This is a weird one because this blade attaches to a frame that attaches to a piece of metal that attaches to the frame.

41:24 So, the blade is one, two, three attachments off from just being the blade attached to the frame, which is kind of weird. I don't know why they did that, but it's neat and it's Reich showing off what they can do. uh one of my Wii and GTC solids. This is an awesome GTC collaboration. This is as close as you're going to get to a real full-size GTC without buying a custom. Uh the Wii and GTC solid integral from uh that's made by Wii Knives uh is awesome and it has that uh that kick stop flipper. Very cool. I actually own two of these. The next one here uh the That's right. Sniper Blade Works.

42:11 Is it the BFD? I think big chunky crazy like over I mean like like 2012 style big overbuilt knife. Uh S35VN. I think that's the case. You guys might have to look. I know obviously a sniper blade works. Um but uh I I think this is the BFD, but I might be wrong. I know that it it'll be listed on Google. I don't think that knife is available anymore. Next up, we actually have a ProTek. one of my favorite Proteks. But this is the Redemption Auto in like this kind of gold uh uh F PVD coating. It's like a flat gold or flat bronze. It's S35VN.

42:50 And then we have that tire tread or chevron uh textured green aluminum. Very cool. And then we of course have that pocket clip on these guys. It's so unbelievably stiff. That's such a bummer because this is such a cool auto. Um, but the way that that pocket clip is makes it like almost uncarryable. This is my other Mirin X. And I'll actually have to look up the name of this one. This is the Aurora Prestige. It is uh not an integral. It has a liner lock there. Uh, but it's it's a two-piece frame and it can also be top flipped.

43:22 Very cool. I think that one's less expensive than the Cicada. Little bit of lock stick on that guy. Uh, moving on here we have this is the Reich Tulle, which is a G10 integral. A very interesting knife. I think these come in right around the $150, $130 territory, but we don't see a lot of G10 integrals. I actually had this was more of an argument. Um I uh I said that, you know, that there's not a lot of G10 integrals, which I'm correct about. There's there's just not a lot. Um I think like total that I am aware of uh integral knives being made out of G10, not not integral knives that have G10 laid in. I mean, the frame is actually one piece of G10.

44:03 I think there's like five or six that I am aware of, maybe up to eight total. Um, which I argued, there was a guy in the comments was like, well, if there's if there's eight, that means they're a lot. And I was like, that's not that's not a lot. Like, if we're talking about knives, like eight is nothing. It was such a stupid argument. Um, but yeah, one of very few, let's say, G10 uh integral knives uh in existence. I think this is one uh 54 cm. Next up, we have, in my opinion, the absolute best uh when this was substantially more possible, the Borderlands or comic book cell shaded. Uh this is the Heretic Pariah uh Blade HQ exclusive, the big big boy. Um this was the super duper popular one.

44:54 Uh, and I kept mine. They also came in white. They have since Heretic has done a ton of those cell-shaded uh, knives since then, and I don't think any of them have been quite as popular as that one. This is an aluminum XM18 auto, which is one of the better priced XM8s out there. I think these autos are 350. Um, these are cool. The aluminum is really nice and the auto firing is really nice. They also have titanium liners. Um, actually just a really nice American auto. I really enjoy this. but also comes in full tie. Next one here, one of my favorite uh midte is the Les George VCP V3. This was a user for a long time. This guy's in CTSXHP.

45:37 Um very mid, you know, like 2012 to 2015 kind of a lot of these I mean 2010 to 2015, a lot of these American midte looked very similar. Uh still one of my favorites though to this day. There's the other one that is the black, the all black Asgard uh between Riot and Dabore Bergam. We have the Buster FG from Cevivi. This is back when the stop pin was hitting them here. So, I have one of the early ones and I think they changed it. Uh I don't know if that makes this one more valuable. I doubt it, but personally, I don't care. Some people do. The big Buster FG uh is one of the coolest knives that Cevivi has ever produced.

46:22 So, keep that one right there. Next up, oh, one of the best looking knives that they've ever What is the name of this one? Um I can I get is it the It's the Wii Acumol. I knew it was something like that. And if I'm not mistaken, yeah, these are in Vanax. This is easily one of the best looking knives that Wii has ever made. It's almost like like if Wii and Shirugorov like collaborated. It's so clean. This all gray one even extends that hand rub satin finish to the titanium subtle blue there. Really really nice. Really uh like that one. I I I don't think the price is great on it. Um Whoops. It goes back here. I don't think the price is great, but it's an awesome knife. Also an awesome knife.

47:04 I think um now I wanted to call this the Zephyr, but this is not the Zephr. It's another really nice uh button lock knife. I knew it had a Z in it. This is the Zizit. And I'm not sure if they still make it or not, but it is one of the nicest button locks you will ever feel. It is absolutely insane. How good that is. The detent on it. I mean, we was proving, you know, with these knives that they were the best when it came to button locks, which button locks are not my favorite locking systems, but I can't deny that we was doing it the best. I just kept it because it just it just felt like an absolutely insane knife.

47:37 This is a super expensive and rare knife. Um, this is the Protek Rockkeye in brass and mirror polished 154 CM. I think it's it's either 154 cm or CPM 154. But this is the This actually used to be Scots. And some people have hands that like immediately patina things and other people don't. Scott does not have hands that do this. I do. This is This knife is how we found out because I touched it and it just immediately partially died. So I said, "My bad. I'll buy that from you. And so I did and it was very expensive, but for obvious reasons that's gonna stay in my collection. Um, next up, oh, I also forget what this is. Oh, is it? Oh, it's the it's the Ketuot Telson. So, the reason I thought that this was so cool, the reason I kept it is because not only does it have a really awesome blade finish, but it has a big chunk of zirconium laid into it. We have since seen this more, but I haven't seen this nearly as much. And I I'm gonna be honest with you, this knife was a lot cooler back when we didn't see companies laying big chunks of zirconium into knives and, you know, not charging crazy because it used to be that zirconium uh putting it in a knife, it just automatically was just this hyper rare crazy thing. Chinese companies have since started doing it and now it's something that you see periodically in the, you know, $2 to $400 range on pocket knives. So, the Ketcho Telson is nice, but I'm realizing there's probably not so much of a reason for me to keep this anymore. So, that one might end up being given away alongside a lot of the other stuff. I know what this one is.

49:10 That's the Stumplifter, which is absolutely 1,000% my favorite slip joint knife that has ever existed. Uh, this is also made by or designed by um Advanced Knife Bro, and he did a perfect job. It's a perfect blade. It's hollow ground. You can adjust it, right? It has a uh the other side is a, you know, flathead slash I guess pry bar if you wanted it to. Uh and then a can opener, bottle opener, um whatever, you know, it it's it's perfect. That's all you really need. Um and slip joints will never be my favorite, but this one in particular is just really cool with the green bone.

49:45 Really liked it. Wanted to keep that guy. Um, we have the first. This is back when the Sonora was like a brand new knife. And this was it was like a production sample, but it was kind of like, you know, let us know what we should alter because this is this is a completed knife, but we're open to, you know, suggestions. And I had told them, uh, your detent should be more crisp. Uh, like right here, like right there.

50:12 And they did change it actually. So, this is a very early version of the Sonora. This is a fully US-made in-house uh knife. Incredibly nice. By the way, these are uh knives that I highly recommend if you're shopping in that territory. Just know this is an in-house fully US-made item. Super precision, and they're they're going to be really, really expensive. They're also integrals, which we don't see a lot of. We don't see a lot of uh USA integrals.

50:38 This is the GP Knives exclusive uh Rex 45 Spyderco Smok uh in white G10. Uh this is a knife that people ask me about a lot. It was a GP Knives exclusive. GP Knives does the white and black. Um so I don't know if they'll ever do that one again, but if they do, I recommend it. Uh this is the um the uh the only MCNE that I own. Uh the um Oh gosh, am I going to forget it? Uh it's it's like a bigger beefier slee bow. The Dixon. I should have I should have known that.

51:10 But um yeah, this was a loner sent by E Knives and then I decided I I really wanted it. So uh really awesome awesome cutting geometry. Uh fully USmade item. Really really nice knife. Um the next one here I believe is a Cold Steel. One of few Cold Steels that I own. Um this is uh the Is it the Cold Steel Engage? Is that what we call this with the Atlas lock? I think that's what this is. But it has the Atlas lock, which is I think is officially the strongest folding knife locking system on Earth. The reason I don't like it as much is because they positioned it like in the middle of the back. So, it's kind of awkward. I always feel like I'm holding it like this and I'm going to slice the edge of my finger off there. But, um, I guess this, you know, some people say that it gets easier to manipulate, but super strong locking system. I kept it just so I have a reference for the Atlas lock. I didn't realize this one was in here. This is kind of an expensive uh a more expensive knife. Um but this is the um stitch uh US Microte uh stitch with the antique green and the bronze and they want a lot more money for that because reasons. Um and they got me though, right? Um so really enjoy that one. It's a nice one.

52:27 This is the Blade HQ exclusive Smok in CPM M4 and Jade. Also not a user. Uh I haven't been saying I mean like I've been I guess specifically saying when they were users, but this is not a user. This has been in my collection for a long time. What are you? Oh yeah, we'll have to actually find the name of this one, but this is an example of a coil spring operated crossbar lock, which is very, very cool. Yeah, sorry.

52:55 The Kindred Edge Alter is what this is called. And it also has quick release scales that you can kind of pull up on. I think I actually had to use a tool, but the scales should be able to be lifted. I think we can actually use this. I call this my knife. Um, we can use this and just lift up. And it has the magnetic scales. a really cool design and uh proof that we can make good-looking designs and utilize a coil spring operated um crossbar lock, which is infinitely more reliable uh long-term than an Omega spring operated um crossbar lock. We have the what was it going to say on the on there? Uh Arona.

53:44 We're probably going to have to look that one up as well, but this is an Ivan. I believe this is Ivan B. Yes, the Arona Bureon. And it has a frame lock that is actually completely within the frame itself, which is a good idea because you squeeze it and all of the pressure goes to the surrounding frame and not the lock bar. It also is uh able to be manipulated with this tab right here. But I, you know, this is all part of the frame. So, it's really interesting. I've actually never seen a lock quite like this. But very cool. And this was actually um uh pointed out to me by uh Levon of the Knifenuts podcast.

54:22 Uh Kaiser Momo. Uh one of the best Kaiser designs. Really enjoy this one. Um this isn't like a super premium knife or anything. It's just aluminum uh and 154 cm, but it is about the most tactical looking kitchen knife, folding kitchen knife I've ever seen. So, I'd keep that one. We have a super duper rare, very very rare. Um, one of the first ever. Uh, this is the Riot XO cranes color exclusive in zirkatai. And this is pre safety lock. And this is also serial number two right there. July of 2022.

55:00 Super duper rare. No idea how much this is worth. Kept it for obvious reasons. I think I bought that directly from Crane's Cutlery. We have my uh special um nums on which was actually paid for and laser engraved by a bunch of people. Um but it's got the uh MC helmet logo on there. And on the other side it says from your 100,000 friends. This was a gift uh to me by uh Scott and a bunch of other people um who um you know wanted to help me celebrate 100,000 subscribers. So thank you again to all those people who you know I had this built for me. I will cherish this knife forever. And then we have uh the three shamans which or three of my shamans. I actually own many more. Um but I these are customuilt.

55:45 So this one is in the diamond textured uh RGT skinny scales and this is a 15V shaman. This actually did get used for a little bit and then I it never really broke in. Like it just does not want to. And I also could not get it absolutely perfectly centered. Like it's kind of close, I guess, but I can't get it. And it it does not want to fully break in. Not a big deal. It's just not my most successful custom build. The next one here, um, this was uh this was a very, very popular knife on Instagram for a while. Um, but we have uh some zirconium, some oil slick zirconium scales uh on this. And then we have a stonewashed CTSXHP blade. Um, very cool.

56:35 Super heavy. I do not recommend doing this if you actually plan on carrying and using the Spyderco Shaman. Uh, this one actually is centered. I think it just needs a quick turn of the pivot, but it actually did break in. Um, but a lot of times these come off center just from playing with it. And then I think probably my most popular custom build and the the last knife in today's video. Um the this was originally the um River's Edge Cellery exclusive 204P Shaman in an FDE PVD coating. The only time that Spyderco did a factory PVD coating on their knives that was a like a color outside like usually they do black DLC. This is the only one apparently that they did at the factory that was like the um the FTE. I uh bought some flanium titanium scales and sent them off to River's Edge Color to have them cerak coated black along with the backspacer and the pocket clip. So, this is a completely and totally custom build, but every time I show it, people ask me about it. Super cool. Came together really well. broke in. Not perfectly, but I can occasionally, if I time it just right, get it to whip close. I don't know if I'm gonna actually be able to do it today. Let's I feel like now I kind of have to. There we go. I got it. So, yeah, this was still a long video and I think you guys can understand why it's really difficult for me to record one video where I showcase 400 knives. It I obviously cannot remember everything. I know I'm going to have people coming down on me like, "You collect this stuff? You don't even remember it." uh try remembering for I mean like it's hard, you know, it's hard remembering absolutely everything. A lot of times it ends up staying in my collection just because I love how it looks, but the name doesn't necessarily stick perfectly with me. Uh other knives I'll never ever forget their names, you know, it's just how it is. But it's it's um you know, given that each knife needs a little bit of context, sometimes I have to look up the name and then it all has to be edited together. Um it this might these these types of videos could easily end up being hours long. Um which is not something most people want to sit down and and watch like. So I think it's better to do these it in like um like episodes. So I'll try to do this collection update once a week until I've gone through my 2026 collection and I'll put them all in one playlist so you guys can all watch them together.
