0:00 I don't know how many of you know this about me but I spent decades of my life in ivory tower institutions three master's degree and one PhD years and years of my life endless classrooms maybe 12 years in all and do you know what I found about these academic institutions yes they were brilliant but mostly on paper in reality too expensive too elite too long and cut off from the body the spirit the whole human yes the professors taught theory But not much real life. Yes, they spoke about concepts of the mind, but I never saw their heart and they never showed their own humanity. No, no, no. They taught us how to live in the matrix and become soldiers of the army of the institutions of life instead of teaching us how to break free of the matrix. And this is why I promised myself that when I graduated, I would create my own institute, my own coaching institute, and give you everything that ivory towers couldn't. It would be practical, accessible, revolutionary, rooted in eastern mindfulness and western psychology, whole body, whole spirit, whole human, just a complete 360 transformation. And I would make it accessible, easy for anybody. So no prior training necessary only a deep desire to evolve to transform and to change lives. You become two kinds of coaches and you work with me and my team. We hold your hand week by week. I show you my vulnerability, my own journey, my own process.
