We have these formal observations of our classes and lesson plans and uh yesterday only I had this observation and I tried your things of you told for the master class but I tried that in my own class and ma'am the observation went so well in 13 years of my career this observation was the best I had bestest what is obser observe you yes ma'am headress and the principal they come to the class they sit in at the back of the class and they observe how the class is going on and ma'am every time even I also got this feedback that you are too much in rush and uh your lessons are good your content is good but you are always in a rush to finish things so slow down and I got the same from you and this time I applied and ma'am this this was the first time I got that there was nothing missing in your lesson everything was so perfect each child was learning your learning outcomes were achieved by by the end of the class I It's like it is already ma'am.
