0:00 CNN is apparently laying off hundreds. Hundreds of employees this week. I think they have about 3,500 employees. And they will be laying off hundreds of employees because they're not making money. They're the same company that was pushing the propaganda behind the Elon Musk thing, right? They started it, they fueled the fire, they sparked it, fueled it, blew it up, now it's everywhere. That same company is wondering why they're not making money.

0:38 And why people don't trust them anymore. Because people started to realize that you're a propaganda machine and we no longer trust you. >> This is major breaking news. Elon Musk buys CNN and CBS. What does that mean? Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper, all the rest of these folks are basically saying to CNN, "Get me out of my contract because I don't feel comfortable working for Elon Musk." Basically begging, allegedly, to go to MSNBC. Folks, tell me, what do you guys think?

1:10 >> Remember when the world's first trillionaire and the guy who invented flying cars went to work for President Trump's administration and all he wanted to do was cut government waste and abuse and spending so that we could have a country that's solvent and not some debt slave shell of an America? >> It is one of the most noble things anybody's ever seen in government and Dodge has done unbelievable work at defunded USAID and it sent an email to all federal employees asking, "What did you do this week? Name five things that you did this week." And just that accountability alone caused a panic-induced seizure in most of the federal workforce who has never had to account for anything. And look at this chart.

1:53 Federal government civilian jobs in millions. Look at this. Look at the absolute and total collapse. Catastrophic downward seizure spiral of these numbers of the federal workforce gutted. Something like a third of the federal government took a automatic buyout that Elon Musk and Doge was offering. >> And I would assume that the government is a whole lot more efficient today because they don't have all these redundant positions and obviously taxpayers aren't paying all this money to these people that were going to work but not actually working.

2:29 >> Here's your compensation package, leave. And like a third of the workforce left and it's now at rock bottom. Not in your lifetime or mine have we seen a smaller federal government workforce. It's a wonderful thing. It's something that Elon Musk constantly does the companies that he runs and it's something that CNN should get used to. >> to X as well. If you guys remember when he Twitter got rid of a lot of those redundant positions. For whatever reason, I don't know what it is about these liberals, man. They love the dag on redundancy, these welfare chaps. They love them. Oh, we know why.

2:59 >> CNN needs a thorough housecleaning. He said this in March of this year. In March of this year Elon Musk was still a special federal government employee. Now, he's the owner of CNN or at least a part owner of CNN. Elon Musk makes one billion dollar investment in in Ellison's Skydance. Ooh, this is a billion dollars that Elon Musk is giving towards the ownership, co-ownership, perhaps a board seat in order to oversee Skydance which owns Warner Brothers which owns CNN and CBS and of course Paramount and a bunch of other stuff.

3:35 >> Mhm. >> So, Elon Musk is now the part owner of >> >> CNN, which is amazing. And so, what happens next? What's the first action since Elon Musk and Trump donors, the Ellison family became totally and completely in control of CNN. Well, it caused a lot of drama on X, but then the inevitable happened. What have you gotten done today? And it looks like CNN is off to a very bad start. Skydance is offering employees voluntary buyout ahead of layoffs, adopts 5-day per week in-office policy.

4:10 Ladies and gentlemen, this of course applies to all of their properties, but we're going to focus on CNN because they're the most hysterical and liberal. But anyway, Skydance marks honest work to integrate business of Paramount and Warner Brothers offering employees a voluntary buyout one-time offer. This is the same thing By the way, again, again, if you're getting sort of a hints of nostalgia here, it's exactly what DOGE offered federal government employees. >> Mhm. >> DOGE sent out an email after asking all the federal government, what are five things that you got done this week? DOGE sent out an email saying, "How about you guys just all quit and take your buyouts?" This is clearly an Elon Musk-architected offer.

4:52 The new program is outlined by chairman and CEO David Ellison, and it's sent out to staffers. As we bring our teams together, we recognize that not everyone will see their future here. We respect that. To give eligible employees the option to move away on what works for them, and a voluntary buyout program, those will receive individual communication, personalized details of the term, and a window to decide whether to take the offer. So, this is of course going to all of the people at CNN, presumably a huge portion of individuals at CNN, as well.

5:20 Something that was predictable from CNN, and in fact, some CNN talents, if you can call them that, have already hysterically rage quit live on camera. >> my contract I was just literally reading my contract today. As you might imagine when this news struck, cuz I threatened to leave, and I am asked my agent to get me out of my contract. It ends December 31st. So, it's only a few months, right? I'm just I just can't. I just I thought like I was trying to figure out ways I could work with them in some like licensing way, but then I thought these guys I >> You lying lady. You ain't You know what I'm saying?

5:55 >> do without >> another angry harpy >> >> mhm mhm 60-year-old a- like bitter white liberal woman. What will the world do? >> Yeah, what would we do without another 60-year-old >> we survive? >> I mean, I hope first person I hope they see to go is Abby Phillips. I mean, that's >> >> When I saw that, I was like, "Please, if I could we could just get her off air, it'd be a better better place."

6:25 >> >> But you know, it it's it's funny because you know, here we go with the to- the tolerable left, right? Where it's supposed to be where they're the ones who are >> tolerant >> about inclusion, and then you have Elon Musk who's stepping into the fold over here, and they they can see the writing on the wall, but it's automatically well, let me get out of here. And I think it will have a lot more to do with may- maybe not so much the people who are the the on-air talent, but maybe some people who are more behind the scenes that will dictate the direction as far as, you know, the type of media we're going to see in the future from them because in my opinion, I think the on-air coverage they just they they just kind of go with whatever. They're paid actors. They're going to go with whatever messaging is they're told to to deliver, which is why you get the certain you know, the message you get from CNN. It's funny because with Ilhan Omar, and it's like you can go back and you can see the the difference in CNN from about 10 pre- pre-Trump.

7:20 >> Yeah. >> It was like, "Wow, they actually in some way did some sort of investigative reporting." >> Right. >> Right. >> weren't just Trump deranged and had to completely be pushing just Democrat propaganda. It's like, "So you are capable of doing it." 100% in on this idea of like anything that will oppose this administration, we are going to figure out our way to ride that line. >> Right. >> Charles, I'm sorry to tell you, but I don't think Abby Phillip is going anywhere other than she's on I think she's on >> Maternity.

7:50 >> Maternity leave right now. >> Good. She can't get fired on her day off. >> So she'll be out, you know, for a little bit, but I don't think Abby's going anywhere. One, she's not paid a whole lot of money over there for you know, when I say this, you know, it's relative. Most people what she is making is a lot of money for most Americans, but relative to CNN, she's not being paid a lot of money, but she has the number one show on CNN. so she is one of the least paid host who has the show that does better numbers. Anderson Cooper on the other hand making $20 million a year, you know, he's probably on his way out the door. Jake Tapper making almost $10 million a year, I would assume that he may be on his way out the door.

8:28 >> I don't think Anderson Cooper is going to go because he he's he's connected. He a Vanderbilt. I don't think that >> Well, true, but I'm saying he wants to get out of his contract. I don't know how that's going >> want to be on MS no one's watching. >> He wants to go to MS no one's watching or MS no one's going to MS no one's going to He wants to go there, but I don't think they have the money to pay him $20 million. They're already paying Rachel, you know, Rachel Maddow, you know, $20 million.

8:51 >> She works like one day a week. She works like one day a week. She works like one day a week. She works like one day >> like one day a week, which is crazy. >> You want to know something? To Charles' point, even with MSNBC, I a lot of my, you know, my Obama clips come from Rachel Maddow. Mhm. Okay, Rachel Maddow was on his neck at one point. >> Right. >> Talking about all the bombs he was dropping, talking about the ACLU. I know so you know, I I would agree.

9:16 >> was on him pretty hard though. >> neck. >> That's good. >> Let's call that network what it is, MS no one's watching. >> He's trying to get something better. It is no one's >> BS now. >> This is going to be interesting to see how this unfolds though because, you know, as you can see they're losing their clout, they're losing their positions and they they're going to have to revamp and come up with some new system that's going to give their their their talking heads place to talk.

9:38 >> Here's my thing. anytime I see Elon tweet something, it's going to happen, okay? When Kanye hit up Elon and told him, "Hey, you should buy Twitter because this is annoying, right? They they're censoring this and this and that." He said, "I'mma think about it." And sure enough, >> Wow. >> he did it. >> And here's the problem we got going on right now anyway. trust in media is at an all-time low. It's all statistically. >> Right.

10:05 >> And so, I mean, across across the board as far as numbers, while, you know, even with Fox News, while they their their numbers are performing better right now than the other networks, MS now, CNN. Trust with the media is just down overall as far as when you question people, how much do they trust, you know, what the media is putting out. And when you look at the statistics and they question conservatives versus liberals, conservatives tend to have far less trust in the news media because we understand that a vast majority of the coverage you get is going to be highly slanted towards more of a a liberal perspective.

10:38 >> Correct. >> And so, but even with the with how the liberal demographic is is still ultimately lower, they don't even trust the news media, more they feel like it's being they're they're being left in the dark. >> Yes. >> And so, these are the numbers that's coming back. And so, at some point, these networks that are making, you know, obviously making these huge decisions, they're like, "The numbers aren't numbering." And so, we have to figure out some way to get people back on to watching our television sets. And it was funny because you said Abby Phillip show was the number one as far as on CNN, which is not saying a lot because the number for her show, when it comes to overall news shows, it ranks pretty bad. I remember looking up these numbers.

11:19 >> I think what the appeal to Abby is, as much as I don't like, you know, Don Lemon, he has adapted to the podcast-like, agenda when it comes to reporting the news or even just talking about the news, right? And so, Abby is one of the on-air talents that actually gives that kind of feel. She's, you know, she's she's still, younger than most of the talent on CNN, right? She's in her mid to late 30s, something like that.

11:49 So, she's younger than most of the talent and she's able to assemble people to actually, you know, debate back and forth, to kind of do the panel style that you see on YouTube, which YouTube is dominating, right? And so, that's why I think she's surviving. If you just go regular what she used to do, Abby Phillips nightly where she was just sitting there reporting, nobody wants to hear that and I think >> that. Abby's surviving because she planning.

12:15 >> Yes. That is why she survived. >> And that was my second point. >> That gentleman. App opposition. In any place where there's an app opposition, they will get they will get ratings. >> Elon understands, stewarding things correctly. We're not going to have people sitting here and you can't give me five things that you did today. Like that doesn't >> your money, baby. >> You collecting checks and you can't tell me what you And And listen, this is not this is not something that is so far-fetched because when I was working in commercial real estate, we had to put down our report. This is what we did.

12:49 These are the things that we handled, so on and so forth because we Listen, they need to know why they're paying you. You're not supposed to be just sitting under collecting checks. You know, as as, Benny was showing, you know, you have Jamal Bryant and all them always yelling about the 500, you know, Jamal Bryant reached a 500,000. That was 500,000 black women that lost federal jobs. Next time it's going to be a million black women that lost federal jobs. I don't know with with him. But, at the end of the day, if they were if they were there just collecting checks and not give not did there's there's no value to them. They're not adding anything, then you need to be gone. I'm not Listen, as as an employer, as an owner, I'm not going to pay you just to be sitting here and doing nothing. That In fact, that is stealing from the company. I know people don't like to hear that, but that literally is stealing from the company.

13:35 You're stealing time, you're stealing everything from the company because they're paying you and you're doing nothing. So, what Elon is doing, he is stewarding all of these things correctly. Now, to these CNN people, you know, Charles, you're so sweet. You try You try to use the nice words. But, straight up, people ain't listening to them cuz they lie. That's what they do. They lie all the time. They lie all the time. They just And people are just When you have people like Nick Searcy, when you have people like Savannah Hernandez, when you have people like James O'Keefe and all these people like >> You're doing better working than >> They're going up there and Sarah Fields. You have these people >> Doing real investigation.

14:12 >> investigating and bringing you real news. Like, I was sitting here and my I said, "Mom, that's Nick Searcy in Brazil." >> Yeah. >> He's in Brazil now. >> Yeah, Trump's giving him an award, right? >> He was in France with bottles and stuff flying over his head. I'm like, "This dude is crazy." I'm like, "I need to get life insurance." >> But, but they could they could do that, Crystal. They don't want to. >> want to. They don't want to.

14:34 >> They want to be so >> They have the capital to do it and they don't want to do it. >> They just want to sit there and be pretty and collect the check. And the thing is, people I We're not just going to take you at your word because we know, point blank, let's go back to Trump's address to America. They decided that they're not going to There was networks who decided they're not going to show us what Trump said. They're going to tell us what they think that Trump said.

14:58 I don't trust you. If you can't show me what is going on and you want to tell me what I'm supposed to think, tell me how I'm supposed to understand anything, I want no parts of you. So, that's why they don't want CNN because see, now with this new leadership, they're going to hold your feet to the fire. They're going to expect you to provide real news. You better work. You You in here, you better work. So, now they want to skip on and skedaddle over to MS No watching MSNBC to go ahead and keep pedaling their lies. That's what they want to do. And to me, good riddance. That That's all I say. Good riddance. Because I told y'all the Lord said the the the seven mountains of influence is coming down and one of the the seven mountains was this this media, this mainstream media that sits there and they control the way people think.

15:48 They're the ones that have the mindset of liberals versus conservatives. Liberals looking at conservatives as you are my political opponent and enemy and we must take you out. This is them that pushes this out there and people are brainwashed and receiving on MK MK and all that other stuff. They push that out there so people could think like that. So, we need to tear all of that down and get back to what it was supposed to be.

16:13 You was supposed to be out there investigating and bringing us the news, like real news, not your biased opinion. Well, well, I I I think Crystal, the reason why they're allowed to do it is because they're not news stations. Okay? They're entertainment stations. They're They're licensed as entertainers. Cuz they're actually on the air for free, okay? In part. They're on the air for free because they have contracts with the government, right? And they're supposed to be unbiased. And from my experience with local news, being on on local news, they're a lot more biased than, you know, your your big cable corporations. But again, it's because they're usually under the umbrella of some major corporation that's, you know, a news corporation, an actual news corporation. That's why The View is under fire because they're on what? They're on ABC, right? And they they said that they were a news show.

17:09 So, if you're a news show, you cannot have these grand notions opinions that are false, >> And they're going to hold them accountable for that, too. Because now they get held accountable and so they like to use that to mix in and say oh well Trump is coming down on you know people that say anything. No, you have a job to do. If you're going to be a news broadcaster you have to say you have to give us the actual news. If you're going to be an entertainer you can say what you want. You may risk you know the you know getting sued but at the end of the day you you didn't ever you never said you you were news.

17:43 >> exactly why now you have The View facing you know some trouble right now because of the electioneering issue here. It's basically them pushing obviously the Democrat candidate hey go vote for Tariko, go vote for Abdul Sayed in the conversation was the other day. And so it's this intentionality to tell their viewers that yeah vote for this Democrat don't you know they're the ones who we need to put back in power to stop Trump. Yeah. >> I just want to shout out to Nick Farly the White House is Trump's giving him an award for the work that he did with the Somalia situation and I'm glad he's getting a lot of money. I hope I hope it's enough money for him to get his own security and get sufficient security because people like that need to be celebrated. I hope he gets a lot of money because he saved he saved us a lot of money.

18:29 >> I think he got 10,000 from the when when they did the I think that's what they said they were giving him 10,000. But he has security. He has that black line guardian security. There's a few of them that have that security with them so that they're not out there because this that that is a dangerous >> Oh yes man. That's for sure. >> We're going back to some of the you know founding thoughts around the country as you know the American people being the militia but also also being you know the the news outlets. We our job is to go out there and report.

19:06 And I love the citizen journalist that is happening right now. There's a lot of people that are doing it and they're operating within their first amendment right to do so and we need more people, you know, out there whistleblowing and calling these people out. >> And they're doing better than the CNNs and the MSNBCs and that's that's the real tension that's going on. The real tension is that they the American people can see that these folks in these studios with all this lighting and airbrushing and all that, they're not authentic. Their news is curated.

19:35 They've got somebody in their earpiece telling them everything to say and then you have the Nick Shirleys and folks that are on the ground who are like, "Here, here's my camera. This is what's happening. This is what I'm telling you. They're authentic. They're real." And the people are are are turning away from the fake news >> Amen. >> as Trump coined it and they are are turning to something that is real and authentic and the news better pull itself together quickly.

20:04 >> That's right. >> It needs to pull itself together quickly because it it's not far for it to be on a on a complete death spiral. It doesn't have to go too far down to be on a death spiral. >> I don't think the news I don't think they worry about how much people believe it at a certain point because as long as you repeat something over and over enough >> Mhm. That's right. >> you you you subconsciously will start to believe it.

20:27 >> That is true. >> And you the goal is not always just oh I want these people I want people to believe this messaging but I want to invoke a certain invoke a certain emotional response. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> now we all know what they can do with just whenever something about the president comes out, they can invoke a certain response. Whether you are someone and you understand most people as far as who aren't heavily involved in in in news or politics or things of that nature, they only get small snippets as far as what they are consuming per day.

20:55 >> That's right. >> So what they do consume, if they constantly hear from different outlets, different you know, sources, that's going to be the overall riding narrative that they tend to believe no matter how much truth or even if they know they they may not even care to believe it's true, but it becomes it becomes the truth because they just heard it so much. >> No, you're absolutely you know, you tell a lie long enough, that lie becomes truth to a lot of people. And if you speak that lie long enough, that lie will become truth to >> The interesting thing is a lot of them run off of the you know, like the Don Lemons, the Joy Reids, they run off and they try to run into the YouTube and the Rumble wherever they can sphere and they suck.

21:35 >> Yes. >> at Van Van Latins I look at at Don Lemon's numbers. For somebody that was he can't eat their episode like some of his stuff he can't even pull some of the episodes that you have seen some of the other like conservative podcasters other pod they they can't hang on this because the stuff that you're pulling like you said they had someone behind the scene giving them what to say so on the so what cue cards and all that. The lights, camera, action. Now you got to now you got to get in the and do it for yourself.

22:04 >> They're not likable. >> They're not. >> to hear from you guys. What are your thoughts? That link's in the description box below. And as always, keep God first, stay prayed up. We'll catch up with you guys next time. Peace. >> It is God who arms me with strength. Yeah, I'm battle ready. He trains my hands for battle. My eyes are steady.

22:28 >> >> But thanks be to God, he gives us the victory through my Lord Jesus Christ. Yeah, can't live in I was down to the dirt. Red clay on my shoes, old pain in my shirt, old soul bruised. And the Lord hit my chest, kicked that from my back, put power in my step.
