0:00 Sponsored by Max. >> Every virus in the world. Look at this. So, this is 128 terabytes. This is an ancient lens and it's got fungus in it. >> Tongue lost it. He's out of his mind. >> Hey. Hey. How are you? So, this is not a standard video for the channel. This is once again, I'm leveling it up. The nerdiest video I've ever made. Okay. I actually started editing this 2 months ago, but then had a baby. Another one.
0:28 >> So, the guy in this video, he's super dumb. >> Is he floating around? How fast are you? >> Absolute monkey. That guy, but I'm way smarter than that guy. So, I'm going to chime in and clarify the things that the things that need clarification cuz I was dumb. But I'm smart now. Time stamps in description. I'm going to roll the intro now that I made pre baby number four. Thanks for watching. Oh, last thing. I have like five videos lined up that are absolutely going to be busting.
0:56 You know what I'm saying? busting. Anyway, go. >> Right here in this spot, there was a 300 lb pig named Timothy. It's just dead true. It's just dead true. And death comes for us all. >> I moved again, but it's time. >> But until then, we've got our setup to sit at or stand at or p around in. Please, oh my goodness, pray that I never have to move again because I moved again, but this time to a giga setup.
1:23 >> This is all of my nerd knowledge in one video. and I will show you everything that I've learned. Do not plug this in. Card pewtor. Yeah, >> I'm going to download GTA 6 early. >> How are you going to download it early? >> I'll show you. >> Time stamps in description. Sponsored by Manis. Don't cook me. >> Give me a break, bro. I'm having another kid. >> I'm going to show you five things you can actually use it for. Escalating in coolness.
1:43 >> This will be the closest I ever get to a podcast. >> I'm going to have to basically cut my fingers off to keep myself from editing this. Just like chopping it all up into a 11-minute video. I'm not going to do that this time. I promise. But I'm going to watch. Jeremy is going to be the viewer. He's going to ask questions and we'll just pretend it's Gerald Undone. >> I'm going to talk about cameras. You guys know I like cameras. I'm going to talk about 3D printers, security systems, Android phones.
2:07 >> Like, and there's no bloopiness. You know, the bloopy. Did you see the bloopiness? >> Bloopyness. Okay. Like the user interface is bloopy. Yeah. Don't listen too hard to that part. >> Everything that I think about on a daily basis, I put it in this video. iMessage on Android in this one setup. All of it timelapsed for your viewing enjoyment. >> I'm not lying to tech tips, but I got some tips. >> Get a cup of coffee and watch the rest of it or don't and like go work on something with your hand and hold your pee for 30 minutes thinking that it's going to make it to where you get the job done faster while you listen to this >> that pallet racks. A lot of people they they get pallet racks, they start to change as a person. They get arrogant, >> right? You agree? They get weird, right?
2:51 They're like, I own pallet racks. I'm better than you and I'm not going to do that. >> This video will essentially be a before and after of three different sections of this giant metal building that at one point had 15 pigs in. I'll go over like the storage of everything I've ever gathered from all the weird videos I've done and how I manage all of that. And then like an engineering section with all of my building tools and finally like a gaming and editing section that is super chill. Super duper chill. So, I started using Manis on my own before they ever reached out to me to sponsor a video. I currently pay for it myself on a monthly basis, not as like a sponsored deal. I literally use it. Manis is Latin for hand. Like, it's not just a chatbot.
3:34 It's designed to actually integrate into things where you trust it and want to utilize it to accomplish tasks. I'm not a believer in that we're about to hit AGI and it's about to take everyone's job. I just think it's extremely useful for like really boring tasks. Throughout this entire build, Manis conducted all of the research for the various things I chose to purchase. One being like I went down a chair rabbit hole, an insane chair rabbit hole. And basically, this chair is called an EMS chair. The real ones are like 2500 bucks or something.
4:04 I'm not spending 2500 bucks on a chair. So, Mannis did some research and found the best replica. >> Pretty nice, right? >> And this one was 400 bucks. I'm sitting in it right now as I record this voice over. I'll show you some more cool stuff it can do throughout the video. Thank you for watching. Enjoy. If I died right now, this would be an absolute pain to go through. So anyway, check this out. All right. So, like 8 years ago is when I finally figured out that like what's the point of having like a capture card or something if when you need it, you can't find it. So, now I've moved so many times that I buy these white bins, like 10 more of them every time I move. I've collected this wall of white bins with various labels that surely only I can understand. Now, I know where all the junk is I need.
4:56 This is one of the most important things I ever did as a YouTuber. As silly as that seems, you build a bunch of random stuff and it's like, what do I do with all the little What do I do with it all? Now, I'm going to show you some of it. I've got categories of all the stuff I have ever gathered from every video ever. Anything like I got drone stuff for a video that was cancelled. I have so much. Look in the Yeah, lots of drone stuff. Drone stuff. We've got computer vision cameras. This is like my nerd hobby is like buying computer vision cameras for really cheap on eBay and then putting them in this drawer.
5:32 GoPros, Raspberry Pi cameras, lots more drone stuff. And then let's see. >> How long have you owned the nuke that is not to be used on the >> Oh yeah, dude. I'm glad you asked about that. So this this was at one point every virus in the world on one drive. I've never opened it. It just sits there and it's just a reminder. Do not plug this in. There's one I'm pretty sure on here that's like it'll still just straight up start sending stuff to Korea. Like, and I'm sure there's lots of them like that, but like these are ones Windows knows about them. Windows will not let you run them unless you're really dumb.
6:11 But yeah, I've had that for a while. I'm sure there's new viruses now that are not included in that, but that is every virus in the world at one point. And I was going to make a video I installed every virus in the world, you know, >> cuz that's a good title. Maybe I'll still do it. >> Sponsored by Korea if you use it. >> Sponsored by Korea. Korea has a Linux DRO. >> Yeah. >> -huh. It's called Red Star, I think, and you can straight up install it. And I It is to the best of my what I think it just straight up sends all your info to them. Like it's like, what are you doing? What are you clicking on? What are you Is there a mic plugged in? Cuz we're going to listen to it.
6:46 >> Do they even have time to go through that? >> Dude, I don't know. They have to have some sort of AI computer that just turns it all up. >> And they're like, you know, we know what you're doing. The computer knows and it's going to tell us. Power supplies, batteries, gaming controllers. Oh, gaming dongles from over the years. Dude, look at these. So, all the all the gamer dongles. Look, the mouse, the mouse mouse. We've got the Twisty controller. We've got, let's see, some of them didn't fit in here. all the dongles, gaming dongles for this was for one of them. Probably a, probably a fishing rod. I don't know. Gamer dongles.
7:24 >> Do you still have the deep fried beaver though? >> no. But I have some. I have my hair from when I cut it off. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let's see. cuz I felt like it was going to come in handy at some point. I That's pretty weird, right? Oh, an ear, tongue, nose. -huh. >> Isn't it like a fleshy tiny chair? >> Tiny chair. Tiny. >> I like the tongue, man. >> Yeah, they kind of look like they're wet. Like they're about to taste something, right?
7:51 >> And then we've got Oh, yeah. Look. Oh, different nose. >> Oh my god. >> You know what I mean? And then this is a wig bag of hair. That's my hair. Is that weird? Be honest with me. The Donkey Kong bongos. I have those somewhere. Well, just the tops of them, dude, cuz I took them apart and the bongo drum tops. That's just a button. Like, I literally have a Donkey Kong bongo button and then a baguette.
8:20 Never know when you might need the baguette, dude. Feel it. It's really satisfying. >> Ooh, right. >> Hold on, guys. This is viewer approved. Okay, >> that is a good baguette. >> Viewer approved. >> But there's actually useful stuff, too. The Oh, VR. full VR stuff for you know in case you need a full VR setup. Some a viewer sent me this alarm, police burglar alarm, and I kind of just like I was like that's funny and cool. Look how ancient it is. But now I'm going to actually literally use it in my house for my home assistant alarm setup. You you disconnect these. I think it gets really loud. I'm scared, dude. Okay.
9:01 Dude, right. Pretty crazy, huh? >> Wo. >> And it's like really rudimentary. Like look how it works. It's just got this piece of piece of something. >> There we go. >> There. And then like if it moves out of the way. >> Crazy. >> So anyway, I'm going to actually use it on my on my house. >> Bomb alert. You ever seen the old blueprints for like mouse traps from like 1800s? >> Oh no. Are they insane?
9:27 >> Yeah. They are literally a 22 revolver with a string on it aimed at the cheese. I kid you not. >> That That's nuts. >> That's what that era is, though. >> Yeah. They're like, "This mouse will die." >> Yeah. They do not know how to cheap out. >> More nerdy stuff. It gets nerdier, right? Cuz the other thing I collect other than the computer vision cameras, single board computers, which I started gathering these way before the RAM crisis. So, I have just like an abundance of like Raspberry Pies, Jetson Nano, Jetson Nano, a single board computer, another Jetson Nano controller thingy.
10:04 Oh, Radixa. That's a single board computer. Do you know what a single board computer is? >> Kind of like the pies. >> Yeah, it's like a Raspberry Pi, but like basically it's a whole Linux computer. Like you've got like mouse and keyboard, >> desktop. That's what people build cyber decks out of. So, like basically I can build like 12 cyber decks. And then I have one over here. Oh yeah, single board computers, dude, it gets crazier cuz So, let's see. Oh, yeah. Check this out. So, this is the Jetson AGX Orin single board computer. Basically just gets more powerful. Really beefy. This one has a bunch of cameras in it cuz I was working on a different project that I canceled. Now I'm realizing I have a lot of projects I canled. But yeah, beefy single board computer. This one's like I would say like as fast as a MacBook M1 maybe.
10:44 >> Oh, okay. >> Right. So, just the original M1, but then you get over here, different single board computer. Check this out. These are on eBay right now. Someone's selling like 7 million of them. >> Okay, >> but they come with 32 GB of RAM, 32 GB of RAM, an M.2 SSD, >> an Intel 12th gen processor, all on this one board and I got for 250 bucks, >> dude. >> And so, like, you plug a GPU into this and you're gaming. You just you just slot in a little GPU with a riser right there. There we are.
11:15 >> And you're gaming good, >> man. >> And that's like fun to buy that and set it on a shelf. Also, I use them on a video project. You know what I'm saying? So, >> did this one happen? >> I'm I'm realizing now a lot of my problem probably with my upload schedule is that cancel all the videos. They all get cancelled. Oh, and then it gets one bigger one bigger biggest single board computer like ever in the world right now. The big boy Jetson Thor. the Thor single board computer. Don't drop it.
11:45 Looks pretty cool. >> Woo! >> Right. Look kind of futury futuristicy. And then that is like as strong as I don't know. It's like like a very a very beefy laptop basically. So, you know, it's a good time. Like Oh, another single board computer. I like these people. They're cool. Hexfellow. KVM. Do you know what a KVM is? >> Mm. >> KVM. So, like I can plug this into my So, your computer's HDMI goes into here, right in there. Computer's USB goes into here. Ethernet goes in here. And so, what that'll do is it will broadcast your computer's display and mouse and keyboard connection over the internet.
12:23 >> Oh. >> So, that when you're remote, this is what I used to edit that one video while we were in. So, while you're out, you can connect to your computer and do stuff. >> Yeah. >> And it's that's literally the one that I was using. Saved the day so I could actually post a video and not wait another week. Oh, another single board computer, but this one's like for AI video stuff. I got it. So, I bought it on eBay for like 30 bucks, but retail price is like two grand or something.
12:45 So, I'm always like I'm like looking on eBay for dirt cheap single board computers for fun. >> That's what I do for fun. And the And then the computer vision cameras. So, like check out. So, computer vision cameras are kind of nuts cuz like Oh, here's this one. Check this out, dude. This was on an auction. This specific skew of computer vision camera is like it's like 1,500 bucks, >> dude. >> I got this at an auction for $40.
13:14 >> Oh, >> and it's like 4K120 global shutter or something. Like, it's insane. It's insane. The specs are insane. And now, don't go doing that, though, cuz you're going to steal my deals. My eBay deals. Don't do it. All right. pallet racks. Pallet racks are cool. >> Don't let them get to you. >> -huh. Yeah. Don't let them get to you. You went to Home Depot. You got the cheap ones. You can't do this. Can't float around. See that? See me floating around.
13:42 Look how fast I am. Dude, I can film something right here. It looks like I'm running. You think it got to me a little? >> It looks a little bit like it's changing. >> Nah. Nah. I'm not. I'm the same, dude. Same as I always was for sure. Any questions? Risk. Never know when you might need it. Best game. >> Oh, never know. over here. This is a cyber deck I'm building that I'm going to catch on fire in two days. Catch it on fire and then drop the video. Dude, the cancel.
14:09 >> I did something weird with this this TV. >> So, the pallet racks are for large items that I have built or done things to like say a printer that I used as a monitor or a gaming PC that was powered by a tiny V8 engine. All that's on there. All the bins for the smaller stuff that needs to be organized. Rolling metal shelves. Bunch of cameras in there and talk about those later. So, I didn't actually know where or how to buy pallet racks. And that's where Manis helped out here. It just performed the research and gave me the phone number to call essentially. And there was actually a local place just saved me 45 minutes, made the phone call, and got what I needed. Manis is an AI tool, right? But it's not like an LLM where you just like get information out of it. So, over here, I've had it working. This is essentially your own Linux PC somewhere else that you're remotely connected to, right? And it's running in the LLM. And so because it's a remote connection to a computer and you can have it control essentially anything on your network, TVs, you can enable Wi-Fi debugging, ADB debugging, basically giving the LLM control of your TV, right?
15:14 >> So the LLM in the cloud controls the TV. Don't get weirded out, okay? I'm not saying you have to do this. Don't don't cook me, okay? I'm just saying I do it cuz it's cool and fun, but you don't have to. >> Okay, so that is Manis requesting to connect to my TV from my laptop. Boom. >> Then you can tell it to make an app or launch an app. >> Wait and see the the silly sharks.
15:41 >> CALM DOWN. YOU DON'T HAVE TO. You can just set it up to you can send it a text message. >> No. Yeah. No, dude. I have it linked with Telegram. Like I can be in stinking Mexico >> buying computer parts. >> Yeah. peeing in the ocean. Essentially, anything on the network can choose to give it control of it. You give it control over stuff, but carefully. Don't be dumb. And if you don't know what it's doing, like learn a little bit and then let it do it so you don't accidentally tell it to delete like like if I give it access over my whole network, it could connect to my network attached storage and delete like a whole folder or whatever accidentally. So, you just have to be careful and don't be dumb.
16:20 When I was a kid, I really wanted to build stuff. Like I wanted to just put something together. But it's like burnt into me even as an adult. It's like in my brain that I will never have the right tool cuz like we just didn't have tools. We didn't have tools. So I would go like Well, my grandpa, he didn't care. So I wouldn't say it's like stealing. But he had this shed full of like bolts and screwdrivers and I just go grab a bunch of random stuff. I had to take that stuff and make it work for whatever I wanted to build. Like quarter pipe from a skateboard, man. or like trying to install something on a car, you know, cold air intake filter. That being said, now it's nice. It just like feels insanely cool that like when I need to solder something, like the soldering iron is just has a spot and it's there. I could talk for hours about computers. So, I'm going to go through my PC rack, my server rack, and this section here, which is dedicated to basically like engineering engineering where I slap something together.
17:11 computing or put my projects that I'm like currently working on. This whole section right here, this is like the development section. So, right. So, you got like soldering, helping hands. You ever seen these? You like grab on to like a board or something so you can solder it. Fan Jeff Gearling maybe by this powerful fan. You feel that? All of the development tools and various things you would need. Heat gun, calipers, wire strippers, wire crimpers, measuring, air, helping hands, wires. soldering iron, solder, keyboard in case I need to connect a screen or laptop or something over there, heat shrink, various bolts of various sizes, as well as those little like melt it into it grub bolts.
17:52 Screwdriver with teeny tiny little teeny tiny heads. The second one, electric screwdriver with teeny tiny teeny tiny little heads. Electric electric driller that really comes in handy. It's just like a like just drills stuff. Ultrasonic cutter. this ultrasonic cutter. If you have never heard of an ultrasonic cutter and you work on anything small and plastic ever, this is like life-changing. Like it'll just cut through plastic like a butter knife and it's so nice. It just like moves the knife at ultrasonic tiny little speeds.
18:19 Bunch of random little tidbits in there. Lastly, power delivery of various voltages and voltages and amperage. This thing very cool. You just plug in a USBC right there and then you can adjust it to output the exact voltage you need just to test something. What the dog doing? >> Standing L-shaped desk with various things. Again, cameras and vintage lenses, which we're going to talk more about. Markiplier would pee his pants if he knew of the cool lenses I had. Okay, Markiplier is going to be so jealous.
18:51 That thing smells like a fart. Did you fart? >> You're the one holding it. It blew towards me. >> Each one of these blue bins represents a project that I'm currently working on. Working on. So, cancelled. Cancelled. Haven't worked on it. Almost released. That one's actually just mail. So >> yeah, those are >> I was just praising your organized. Cancel. >> Cancel that one. Cancelled that one. That one's just mail. I'm going to go pee in the yard.
19:15 >> Did we even get to lower shelves? What's all this business? >> Bunch of 3D printer filament. Bruce's top tier Nintendo Switch 2. Check this out. Dude, this stuff is like nerdy stuff. It's so cool. Okay. Card pewtor. So, this little thing, it's like I wanted to attach it to my Cyber Deck before I caught it on fire, but I haven't done that. basically, so all of these, this is all of the functionality it has on it. Can you zoom in real close on that?
19:39 >> Got it. >> So, you've got like just really lots of cool stuff. You got like 5 volt out. You can control all these GPIO pins to like do robotic stuff or like communicate with all kinds of different little electronics. And it's got like an IR blaster, so like you can control TVs. Let's see if I can control the TV and turn it off. Look at it. This is so cool, dude. Scan Wi-Fi, record audio, record RF frequencies. You've got chat. I don't know what that means. IR remote. Don't know what that is. It's like a terminal or something. Wi-Fi something. Clock. Keyboard. Oh, you can emulate a keyboard. So, like you can plug this into your PC. And then this is the keyboard.
20:14 >> and then IMU. Obviously, people know what that is. SD card. You can do stuff with Laura Chat long range, the Meshtastic, like open- source free text messaging, and GPS. So anyway, it does all that stuff just on this little thing. Oh, dude, check this out. Pokémon card collection. >> Yeah, man. >> Come on, man. >> Unopened booster boxes, dude. >> How old are they? >> Crazy. Not super old. I mean, like couple years. I have an unopened vivid voltage booster box. The PC rack. This is all of my nerd tech stuff allin-one.
20:46 So, when you become a grown man like me and you're fully grown and a grown man, you will decide that you don't want like RGB puke on your desk because that is your piddling space. As as everyone knows, I'm going to pit right here, right? If I got this right here and this right here, I can't do that if I've got a big giant RGB puke PC right there. Not that those are terrible. It's fine to have some RGB puke, but this is better.
21:12 This would be essentially the whole top of like both of those desks. and then wires everywhere. But instead, we got all this. So, check it out down here at the bottom. UPS. You know what a UPS is? >> Not the delivery. Uninterruptible power supply. So, anything plugged into this battery, I mean the power goes out, whatever is on this will continue to run by batteries that are built into it. >> So, uninterruptible power supply and then that does this NAS network attached storage. You know what a NAS is?
21:37 >> Network attached storage. So, you've got this is 128 TB of storage. >> Dang. 128 right there. >> but that one's only 64 usable. So like a NAS it like gets all those hard drives and puts them together. So like if two hard drives die, I don't lose all my data. I can just replace those hard drives. and then so there's that running and that's true. which is controversial. Everyone says true NAS sucks. I don't disagree.
22:08 >> I just have it though. >> I just that's what I ended up with. Second UPS, right? that one is running. It's This one's a beefier one. A lot more output before it starts to beep loudly and say that you're doing too much. This Thread Ripper big boy 9960X Thread Ripper and a 5090 128 GB of gold bars RAM. next one. This is another Thread Ripper. This one's 9960X. 64 GB of VRAM. Two 5090s. Dual 590 liquid cooled. Oh, yeah. And I put them on sliders. Wo, >> see that? So, you just slide it out and work on it.
22:44 >> so that was pretty convenient. So, this is my editing PC. This is a Linux system that runs a the local LLM. >> So, like I gave a different LLM connection. So, it's like dumber than Manis or like a Frontier model, but I can still send it a text message. and I've got that connected to Hermes. You've never heard of Hermes, have you? >> I think >> I told you about it. >> Yeah, that's happened. >> Yeah. So Hermes is basically like it's like the open- source version of you can text it and it'll do anything. The only problem is that like you've got to run it yourself. Oh, check this out. So I'm just going to connect this to a different screen at some point. I can see us see the backyard, the driveway, and then I can talk to the GET OFF THE LAWN. YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN? And then this is a gaming PC 9950X3D 5090. got all the 5090s for retail price with diligence and careful notifications from Discord. It can be done. Oh, and then this is a different NAS network attached storage. That one 200 terabytes. I bought all the hard drives before they all blew up. Like if you wanted to buy that today, it'd be like 10 grand, dude. It'd be insane.
23:45 Yeah. 200 terabytes. >> Yeah. And so 100 usable. 100 usable terabytes. 200. So it's got parody. You know what I mean? So like if a hard drive dies, I just swap that bad boy out and we're going. So that's what I've got running. Oh, and then did you know you can send Ethernet over power line? >> What? >> Yeah. So you plug this in and so you plug this in right here. This is connected to my network, right?
24:05 >> So any other plug >> in my entire house that is connected to the same power grid, I plug in the other one and then it's like having a hardline Ethernet connection over your power. >> How I didn't even know those are transferable, dude. >> Dude, so like basically it turns Ethernet into power line. So your entire power line can receive the Ethernet signal with another one of these on it. >> Does that change the performance?
24:30 not really. If you As long as there's nothing like So, here it is. As long as there's nothing, look at that. See, just plug that one in anywhere on the same power line grid. So, we can plug it in right here and then have an Ethernet connection. It's better than Wi-Fi, I'll tell you that. >> Like, it's not the same as having an Ethernet directly plugged in, >> but >> but way better than Wi-Fi. So like, and then it is basically almost exactly the same as just plain Ethernet if there's no like large devices running on that grid.
25:01 >> But like if you got a bunch of stuff running, there's a lot of noise. It'll slow the speed down. But yeah, that's how it works. >> Am I just dumb for thinking that Ethernet is related to light instead of electricity? Dude, I don't know how a lot of this stuff works, but like Ethernet and coax and a lot of wires that were run in like the 50s. It's like they can be adapted to use Ethernet. I don't know. It's just like they're just a wire basically. Well, this is like 12 different wires. I don't I don't know how it works, but it's cool. You know what I mean?
25:31 >> Yeah, cuz if you have a broken Ethernet cable, it's got like the the glass or the fiber. >> Well, yeah. No, that would be like if you had a fiber optic Ethernet. But this one, like if you just cut one of these, it's just like like I think 11 or 12 little teeny tiny wires. >> That's crazy. >> Just normal wires. >> So I don't know how it transfers all that over the power lines, but it does.
25:49 >> Pretty sick. What are the headphones for on >> Oh, just some studio monitors. >> Oh, I got you. >> Which is kind of like It doesn't matter with what I do, but yeah, they just these are really nice. Planner magnetic. >> Mhm. >> You know what planer magnetic is? >> Mhm. >> I barely know what it is. I just know that's the good ones. These have like gigantic. It just sounds really good. I >> thought it was going to be a brand is what it sounds.
26:10 >> No, no, that's the type of thing that's in the ears. >> Planner magnetic is the And then it sounds the best. Basically, this is a Mac Mini, bro. I'm about to go off. What? >> For editing or what you do? >> No, Mac minis are like lame for editing. So, here's what you can do. Everybody knows that Android is better. Android phones are better. They're just better at everything. I got to show somebody. Dude, I like I get triggered at iPhones.
26:33 Let's say you want to quickly go to the control center and like change your Wi-Fi network. Watch this. So on iPhone, I got to go like that and I hold this down, wait for the bloopy, go like that, wait for the bloopy, and then click it and then it goes away and all the bloop and then So bloopy user interface is really slow and there's like latency on the interface. So with Android, you just like you can do the same thing, but it's like 10 times faster. You ask for a password. It's just faster. like there's no bloopiness. I don't know >> economy, bro.
27:05 >> It It's like the It's like I don't want to take 30 seconds to change my Wi-Fi network when I could take seven seconds >> to change my network. which is like the most first world problem you've ever heard. But like when you do stuff all the time on your phone, which everyone does, it's like I don't want a bloopy dumb slow 200 milliseconds of latency for everything I click. Animation when I open an app, dude.
27:27 The reason that I talked about that is because this Mac Mini, this M1, no, it's M2 Mac Mini, you can run a server on it to do your iMes. So, basically, you can put iMessage on Android via a server that you own. You can also do it with a MacBook, but then you close the Mac, but it all stops. You know what I mean? Or it like dies. It all stops. So, this phone, Android phone, is connected to my iMes.
27:53 So, I can respond to iMes from an Android phone. So, I can just take the Android phone, have the Android phone, different phone number, it doesn't matter. Leave my other phone. I pay for two lines, but like you get iMessage on Android. I I tried to switch to Android for one day. One day. And my 12-year-old brother-in-law in the group chat, the family group chat, he he says, "Who did it? Who has Samsung?" It wasn't even like, "Who has Android?" It says, "Who has Samsung?" I'm the loser with the green bubbles. You can fix that. It's there's a there's a fix for that.
28:20 iMessage on Android. Bunch of nerdies PCs. Oh, and any of the super nerdy tech users out there that might have been like, "Dude, that's a Chinese phone that's sending all your data to China." Not this one, bro. Not this one. I got on a sketchy forum in the like so sketchy forum, downloaded some really sketchy files, hacked the OS, uninstalled the China version of the ROM, and installed the custom EU version of the ROM that does not track any of your data. It was not simple. But basically, this is a custom ROM that does not send all of my data to China.
28:50 the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max or whatever, but no data. So, that's my that that's my rack right there. Oh, and then I guess last thing, we got a KVM right here that connects all of those all of those PCs, including this to this monitor. So, it's just like, you know, you press a button and then and then you get the the Linux, the big boy Linux. I call it Big Bob. On the network, it's Big Bob.
29:16 And that's the 9960X with two 5090s. and then, you know, you can go to like the Mac Mini if you need to configure the Blue Bubbles. Blue Bubbles is the iMessage on Android thing. So, it all rolls around, which is nice. I learned that from Make Art Now. He was like, "If it can roll, it should roll." And so, now all my stuff rolls. And that was a that was a great tip. Thanks, Make Art Now. I also ended up getting one more like almost pallet rack, the one that I kind of made fun of for all of the 3D printers. I've got two Prussa XL's.
29:46 Prussa MK4s, two of those. And then Make Era sent me one of their CNC machines. >> Oh, now that which I haven't used in a video yet, but I'm pretty excited to CNC something like that. Sounds like fun. A Prussa Core 1L. And then like behind it all these. Okay, so these are called ever blocks. Those things I was like building a wall with. And kind of behind that is just like a makeshift server room thing. There's a lot of visible wires. I'm going to clean up. I'm kind of weird about wires. Hence the invisible setups. There's another invisible setup video coming soon. Oh, I've been waiting to do this, dude. This is on the time lapse. See that?
30:26 >> False wall. >> Oh, >> watch this. Come around here. This is going to be nice. I've been waiting to do this, man. See if it fits. Ready? Let's check it out. Oh my goodness. That was so sass. Lego brick. Yeah. Lego brick wall. Lego brick wall basically. And alas, the cozy editing and gaming setup that I am in here. So, for the walls, I didn't want just metal walls in here. It wasn't super cozy. Wasn't cozy enough. And I noticed after I put up these panels that basically everyone has these panels, so I guess I'm just not that quirky. But they do look nice and dampen the sound pretty good. Jeremy helped me put these up also. So, behind this TV, I'm running a bunch of Ethernet and various fiber optic HDMI cables.
31:12 that way. This is connected to the server rack. Got a bunch of controllers and games. The R34, of course. I'm filming a video, so I cannot move some of that stuff. Just can't do it. But basically, one permanent gaming setup, no wheels. That's where I game with my bros when I haven't just had a baby. And then two rolling setups. One of them that's a steam machine and I'm filming a video there. And then another rolling setup that's just there in case I like build a robot or something that needs to you know play a video game.
31:42 And then yeah, right over there that's where the pigs got a bath. There's a drain over there on the ground and a hose on the wall. That's where the pigs got bathed off. Kid you not. 300 lb pig getting a bath over there a couple months ago and it stunk. So epoxied the floors to seal in the stink. And I'm pretty sure this chair is so comfy but terrible for your posture. like nerd neck going crazy in here.
32:05 >> I actually had Manis do deep research on which EMS chair knockoff is the best EMS chair knockoff and then it came to this one and it's great. I've never sat in a real one so I can't compare it or tell you if it did a good job. But I will say this is very nice. So super chill, right? And then what I'm going to do is this will be hooked to my computer and then I can edit the video and then I can just like sit here and edit the video like this. Pretty It's pretty cool. You want to sit in this? You want to try?
32:29 Have you tried it yet? >> Seat. No, I haven't. You should try this seat here. I'll do the Yeah. Tell me what you think of the knockoff EMS chair. >> Doesn't feel like a knockoff of anything. >> That's what I'm talking about. >> Oh, dude. >> Pretty nice, right? >> That is solid, >> right? It's so sturdy. It doesn't look It looks like you might feel like you're going to fall back, but then you don't. >> I'm used to like creaking or something.
32:50 >> Yeah. This was inspired by LTT doing they did a vid like a battle station reaction video >> and there was some developer guy that had gigantic TV with a really cozy chair and I was like dude that would be so nice to edit a video and then this is where I'll do gaming. Do a little gaming. You do a little gaming. >> Oh yeah, >> we do a little gaming. >> We do gaming. >> TVs. This is Okay. TVs are basically gigantic Android phones.
33:22 I like cameras. Geer calendar. This This is called a dry cabinet. This is what you put lenses in. Plug it into the wall and it dehumidifies the inside of it. And the reason for that is that lenses get fungus. They grow fungus. And sometimes that looks cool, but for the most part, you don't want to grow additional fungus if you can control it. A lot of modern lenses, what they do is they put a bunch of coatings on the pieces of glass to like get rid of flares and make it look optically perfect. Sometimes you need that, sometimes you want that. That's fine.
33:50 But old lenses, they don't have a lot of that. And so you get a little blurriness around the edges and you get like flares when you point it at a light that look really, really cool. And so that's made a lot of these old lenses, which you can get kind of dirt cheap. Some of them are super duper cheap. They're very desirable to some people. Weirdos. Freaking weirdos with geer counters. Okay, so check this out. Okay, a lot of old lenses are a little bit radioactive, which kind of makes them cooler to be honest. Even though like you have, you know, you want to stay away, >> you want to stay away from stuff that's radioactive, but I bought the Geiger counter to test them to make sure that they weren't radioactive. Basically, this is like kindergarten show and tell for me.
34:28 >> Carl Zeiss. I forgot what this one's called, but it looks So, this one has like a blue flare. It's blue. Gigantic lens. And then, wait for it, new GoPro. That's a new GoPro that came out. Like 12 adapters. And this is like an old TV lens, but it's insane. So 16 to 160 mm. I'm pretty sure this is a TV lens from the8s. And what's crazy is that now you can put it on a GoPro with an actual decent tiny tiny sensor and it just looks really cool. Like and I guess this to a lot of people that just won't matter. It'll be like that looks like a video. And I'm like I'm like nerding out with shaky GoPro footage and most people are like what are you doing? That doesn't matter.
35:14 I don't even own part of GoPro. I just think it's cool that I can finally put these lenses on something that doesn't look dumb. You can put it on some micro four thirds cameras, too. I feel like a little kid showing his mom something. Look, mom. Look at this weird French lens from a long time ago. So, this isn't even all of them. I I collect cameras, basically. I got a lot of cameras. one of my favorites is Canon C70. but I have a lot of Nikon ones. Z63 is like kind of my go-to.
35:44 Nikon Z63. Just kind of shoot everything on that. Nikon Z8 is what we're shooting this on. Oh, dude, look at this one. This is crazy though. >> That's a nice one. Take pictures of birds with that. 60 to 600 birds. Take picture of birds. This is really zoomy. Really zoomy. We're on a 35 to 150 Tamron. That's what we're filming this on. Oh, and it's got power running it through it back there so you can charge all the stuff.
36:10 Gimbals. Couple gimbals. Lots of tripods. Gerald Unone told me about this one. Petta Peak. Why onion? It's called Onion, but they don't sell them anymore so I buy them used on eBay. I got like three of those. Those are the best ones. Yeah. Up there is a on that one 10 millimeter lens. So it's like ultra ultra wide. Super duper wide. 10 millimeter that time-lapsed everything. Nikon Z63. Nikon Z8 here. I used to use a bunch of Panasonic cameras. The S52X, but then it doesn't do 4K120. I had to get 4K120. Bonus section. Woodworking stuff. If I need to cut some wood, need to be close to the door so I can just blow it out the overhead door.
36:45 >> Yeah. Let me show you. This is like like big man workstation. Mhm. >> So, drill press. You've used a drill press, right? >> Oh, yeah. >> Drill press is nice. If you never used a drill press, this probably the most satisfying like drilling you'll ever do. Like, you got this big knob over here. Giant knob. Come look at the giant knob. And then you just like that. Hold on. I don't know if I have it on.
37:12 Not plugged in. Probably for the safety of everyone here. >> Of you. >> Of me. They don't let me plug it in. They don't let you plug it in. >> They don't let me plug it in. >> It's an angle grinder. >> Oh, yeah. No, so this is a band saw. >> Because if you try to cut this stuff with a tile saw, everyone cooks you. >> Ooh. >> Everyone will get really mad at you. >> So, this is >> this is the proper way to cut it. That's all.
37:38 >> It's actually evidence that's been used, too. This isn't this isn't just an easy purchase. >> This is evidence of my dissolving pride. Or is it evidence of your adhering to people's >> social cues? I don't know. >> No, I would say mostly like just not being an idiot and listening to advice. >> I just had someone else come in here and just grind off a bunch of of aluminum sawdust and I was like, I'm not touching that thing.
38:04 >> That's how you know you came in, >> you got work done that day. You come in, you throw some of this over your shoulders. >> Yeah. >> And then you're like, oh, >> oh man, I worked so hard. I love how we gravitate back to the pallet rack. >> Yeah. I'm just like, look at these pallet racks, man. Here, let me get on them again. Check this out. Again, >> you can sit on them. You can lay on them.
38:31 >> Like, this is what it's like when the Home Depot employee finds the teenagers bustling around. >> You're going to find me in Home Depot. Yeah. Here we go. I got this. >> No way. Can you sit in the sideways chair? >> I can't even see. Hold. >> Oh, wraps. >> OH, >> normal pallet rack user. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's pretty nice. >> You do that at your worked, they'll fire you or >> not here.
39:02 >> I don't work here. I don't know who owns this building. You could build a house out of these. I'm not even kidding. You could build a house out of pallet racks. You build a whole house. People will change, dude. People change when they get pallets. >> He's out of his mind. >> Got to look out, man. Pallet racks. Oh, dude, check this out. So, some new Wi-Fi tech came out. Dude, this is insane. Sub gigahertz Wi-Fi. 35 megabytes per second. So, that's pretty slow, but it can line up. If you have line of sight, 2 miles.
39:36 >> No. >> Two mile Wi-Fi. Isn't that insane? >> Two mile Wi-Fi. So that's like the development kit. But check this out. Hold on. He's back in the pallet, dude. Just straight up a router that goes mile and a half. Hold on. This says long range sub Wi-Fi. Oh, yeah. Up to 43 megabytes per second. WPA3 times the standard reach. Hold on. Also, okay, look at this. This is a Seed Studios I forgot what it's called.
40:03 You don't need this, but this is a this is like an array of microphones. >> Uhhuh. that uses like a complex algorithm to like hear you from across the room. >> Really? >> So like I if I implement the Jarvis thing properly with Manis, then I should be able to just be like be over there and like talk gently like Tony Stark does. >> It just talks normal. >> Yeah. Or so like also if you wear AirPods or something, you could just talk to those and it would like hear you all the time. Or you do one of these.
40:26 You don't have to do this. You can just use a mic in your laptop. But I'm going to I wanted to test that really bad to see if it worked. So >> some like across the room. >> Yeah. just like see if you can hear me. Especially over the the air conditioner cuz the air conditioner is pretty loud in here. Here's the thing that is so annoying is that every device you ever buy now, it doesn't come with a remote and often times you can't press a button on it. Like you have to go to the app, wait for it to load, wait for it to connect, and then you can make an adjustment to it. But if the LLM has control over the network to the Android phone, I can literally tell it to swipe through, find the app, and it will just click on the screen where the app is.
41:06 So, like, let's say I'm like Hatch sleep. That's like my kids sound machine, right? So, I can say open up the Hatch app and click it and make an adjustment so I don't have to sit there and wait for it at all. It'll do it. GTA 6, >> dude. >> I'm going to download it early. >> Yeah, >> I'm going to download GTA 6 early. How are you going to download it early? >> I'll show you.
41:25 >> You have GTA 6. >> I'll have GTA 6 early. >> How early? >> Months. Months before everyone else. I'm going to make a video on it. >> I'm lying. >> Well, I'm not late. >> I'm going to make a video. I want to make a video titled I downloaded GTA 6 early. >> Yeah. And then the whole video is me just typing in GTA 6 and clicking download on anything that comes up and just like murdering my computer and then at the end playing like like an obvious knockoff of GTA 6.
41:53 But everyone would be so pissed but like also it' be so funny. You know what I mean? >> Dude, you're like playing schedule one or something like that instead. >> Yeah. Something really dumb looking version. >> Yeah. All right. So it's currently implementing the Jarvis voice setup. I've done nothing. I don't know how to code or program. Just a brick. I just kind of understand un like I understand enough coding wise to where I can make sure it doesn't delete everything I've ever done. You know what I'm saying?
42:18 >> That's a good precaution. >> The local credential setup was approved and completed successfully. >> Ooh. >> You can now use Manis delegation. >> Okay. Now delegate to Manis to search the LAN. Find my TV and open the silly apps on the TV after connecting via ADB wirelessly and I will approve it on the TV. I've asked Manis to search your LAN, find your TV, connect wirelessly via ADB, and open the apps on the TV once you approve the connection. I'll keep you updated on the progress.
42:46 >> And this is just so it spun up this like map of a 40x50 shop. This is on my laptop. And so then I can just like pull stuff around and redesign it how I want before I actually put it in here in real life. It just helps me make a layout of the way I wanted everything to be. Dang, that's pretty sick. And then like this is just here so I can come back and use it anytime I want to like virtually add stuff to my space and make sure it's going to fit before I actually do it in real life, which is pretty sick.
43:16 >> And then the last thing I'll say about Man, it's like the final list of things it can do that are just like that is cool and actually useful. You can connect it to your Gmail and have it just type drafts for you. So you don't have to have it just automatically send emails. I wouldn't want that. You can plug it up to Door Dash and just shoot it a text message to order the thing you want.
43:33 >> Add to my skills. That was it. Let's try it. >> Hey, order me that Indian food. I like >> this place in Amarillo, Texas. You ever roll through, bro? Hit Punjabi. That place is crazy. >> And it'll show up at your door. You don't have to do anything else. It's like an actual digital assistant. And you want to be careful on what you trust it with. Like I wouldn't give it my banking info, let it just buy stuff, but some people do. I just don't want to.
43:56 So, so I don't. Thank you, Manis, for sponsoring my full studio tour. this is like the longest video I've ever posted. I hope you nerds enjoyed it. Have a good day. >> We're watching >> just passing through. >> Okay, so if you'll just allow me a moment to be a little bit vulnerable here at the end of the video. Okay, so you're welcome to leave if you'd like, but I mean this is all insane. This this is all in like especially going through and editing it all and seeing like the things I've been able to acquire and utilize in creation of all the videos because you guys watch the videos. I mean, it's just insane.
44:35 like I remember when I started this channel, literally like the week before the week before I started actually making money on this channel, dude, I was sobbing and praying. I said to the Lord, I I like you guys know I'm most of you know I'm a Christian. I was I was praying crying into my hands. So what had just happened is it was 11 p.m. on like a Tuesday night. I check my banking app and I'm likegative $4, right? And I'm like, " dude."
45:07 Okay. So, in order to not get hit with a fee, I drove all the way across town to one of those ATMs that you can deposit cash in. I put a $5 bill in. $1 positive, right? And then I get home and it says I'm negative $19. Something else just went pending that I didn't like I thought went out a few days before. I don't know. And then I just started crying, dude. I was like, now I'm $19 negative and and then I'm going to get hit with the fee tomorrow cuz I can't go drive back to the I don't have cash on me to go cover that. That was like a week before my channel actually started.
45:41 It made it like my first Google AdSense $400. I I was a roommate with my sister. She said if I pay the internet bill, I could live there. I don't know if I've shared all the I don't think I've shared this in a video before. But I guess all that to say that like like I'm really thankful genuinely to be able to like not only just to make videos and get to do cool things and get to like buy cool lenses and cool computers or whatever, but like like I truly believe that I'm undeserving of of anything good. I mean, biblically speaking. And so I guess I I point that out because I want to say to you guys watching that I I didn't make this video just to be like look at all this cool stuff I have. It was really just like I enjoy talking about the tech. I enjoy talking about how I make videos and I wanted to get this all out and put it in a video just cuz it's fun and I felt like a lot of you would enjoy seeing how I do things. Like a lot of my setup is like a culmination of I don't know if I use that word right of other people's setup tours I've watched and then been like, "Oh, I like that thing. I'm going to do that or like I learned that from their setup." So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to pray. I'm going to pray for you. I'm going to pray for me. I'm going to put it in the video. Lord, thank you that I get to make this video.
46:57 Thank you that I get to pray in a video that people can can watch. I thank you that I get to make other videos. I pray that they would be a blessing, entertaining, and bring joy on the the to the people that watch them. I pray that you would bless the people who watch these videos. And I pray the people that don't know you would find you and follow you. I pray for all the the tech nerds out there that can't afford RAM right now, that they would find something fun to do, to build that would bring them joy amidst all the chaos of the AI stuff and just everything that's so uncertain. And I pray that you would help us to have hearts of just contentment with what we do have. Thank you Lord for your goodness and your grace. Jesus name.
