0:00 If you are a father and you are really invested in raising a conscious daughter, then this is going to help you. Let's be honest, most men, maybe you weren't raised with emotional safety. You weren't raised to be in touch with your sensitive, emotional, feminine side. So, it's hard to know how to offer it. Listen, I get it. But your daughter needs more than just your protection. She needs your presence. She needs to feel safe with you, not judged, not measured. And for you to do this, you need to respect her no and her boundaries, even when it challenges you.

0:34 How you treat her mother, whether you're together or not, teaches her what love and worth and respect looks like. She needs you to see her emotions, her tears, her softness, her vulnerability. That's going to make her feel empowered. Don't stay silent about sex. Teach her about safety and consent and truth before the world distorts it for her. Stop calling her feelings girl drama. If it matters to her, it should matter to you. And above all, be her anchor, but not her authority. You see, she won't remember your rules, but she will remember the safety she feels in your energy. This is the work that I teach fathers and mothers to do inside my raising conscious daughters workshop. If you want to join, type the word save her and I will send you all the details.
