0:29 be noticed not just for the big things but also for the little things this is our faculty safe place and in this room we have designated this specific room for our faculty to come in and de-stress for a moment and compose themselves and some of those things are just what what you might need in a safe place so we brainstormed a lot of things in a first aid kit what we might need some cranking cream some smelling salts

0:54 or excuse me scents and then we really took a lot of effort in trying to create an environment relaxing environment that because as a teacher you are in your classroom and you don't have a space of your own so we've made this our space so we have all really found that this is a very beneficial place for us to stop take a deep breath and relax this is our faculty wish well heart and each structure we have in the

1:23 classroom we also have as a faculty and with the wishwell heart it helps teachers understand that we are all here together and we notice you're gone or notice you're having a bad day um so what we've done is we've taken pictures of every person in the faculty which is about a hundred and hundred and five and we put them into the wish well heart when they are absent this is our faculty friends and family board where we've all taken pictures of our
