0:00 I'm often asked, "Dr. Shefali, who do you think makes the most amazing coach?" You know, people have this mythical idea of the perfect coach. Maybe it's a super wise guru who has lived many years and meditated in the hills of Tibet, or maybe it's this perfect parent who's raised the perfect children. That person will make an amazing conscious parenting coach. Or maybe it's somebody who has 10 degrees in in psychology and education and neuroscience and meditation. So, people have this idea, but I always tell my students in my coaching institute that the best coaches are none of these people. No one who needs to have a degree, no one who is perfect. It is the person who has truly struggled in life and has found a way to come out on the other side. Because that person is the most empathetic. That person is going to be the most effective because they have used tools and strategies in their own life. Now, that person is an amazing coach. So, the people who come to my coaching institute are regular folk out there in the world who have been deeply touched by the message of conscious parenting and have used it in their own life struggles. And they could still be having struggles, and they make the most amazing coach. So, if you're interested, DM the word coach and I will send you more information on my institute.
